Nope. The wheels need to be primary means of propulsion.

the pictures are visible on my browser (PC and smartphone) and I used the same method as usual. Are the pictures not visible for you all?

Edit:

I sized them to 1024x768, rules said 1024x1024 max is there a size limit to 1024x748?

There’s normally 2 competitions a year and often one “big” competition and one smaller. If you’re wondering when the next is I’d guess some time over the winter.
