Posted June 24, 2024Jun 24 Maybe some of you do remember that 2010 Lego's theme ? This MOC is a tribute to the "white and lime" team ; in this futuristic race, i'm pretty sure that pilot would win ! (yea, being alone racing helps alot)
June 24, 2024Jun 24 Never thought I'd see a World Racers tribute! Very nice. Perhaps I'm mis-remembering the colour scheme, but could it do with some red or black highlights?
June 24, 2024Jun 24 I love how you've taken an old theme and made it fresh. Space racing is such a novel, captivating concept that Lego lends itself well to. Now I'm imagining what the other teams' ships would look like. About the build itself, it's a great body shape and color, the long hull kinda reminds me of a drag racer, not sure if that's what you were going for but it really works, great stuff, and welcome to the forum, I'm excited to see more from you!

And you're right, about the red and black scheme : that's the opponent color scheme team (the bad guys). i could consider doing a second ship, with thoose colors.. 15 hours ago, Space Coyote said: I love how you've taken an old theme and made it fresh. Thanks ! tbh that long hull was more in order to put all those flags, to look like a radiator (even if, in space, there's no air, so cold/hot exchange could not be effective .. but for MOCs, we can twist physical laws as we want )
