Well, I don't know the detailed features of the set yet. And November 2024 Magazine Paper Pack is a space set. https://www.instagram.com/p/DAbAMhcTH_l/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link Quote

So I guess the F1 sets look like following: 60442: one F1 car, one driver, perhaps a very small side build 60443: two F1 cars, two drivers, perhaps a small side build 60444: one F1 car, one driver and four mechanics, pit stop 60445: two F1 cars, two drivers, a manager, a food vendor, several viewers, huge grand stand, office, food stand, start & stop area, big screen What do you think? I guess 4 sets will come equal in terms of size (e.g. a car and a MF). Quote

This year, they sound interesting. But for the most part, for GV recently, I can gurantee we will get these three things; a hauler, some type of aircraft/watercraft, an odd-vehicle (i.e. monster truck or supersonic car) and the every once in a while food truck. Now don't get me wrong, I get they sale......and I love me some food trucks. But the other three can easily be put into other subthemes. Just for one year, let's have vehicles that we don't see too often. I can name a list of possible great vehicles that they can do. Send me a DM and we can discuss it more. (I could be wrong though!) Would have said the same. I would rather guess for a robot than a mech, since the mech would have to be pretty small to fit in a polyback (budget-wise). Still not impossible though. Quote

Yes, you think correctly. Mechs are like robotic armors for humans, take a look at Ninjago. Regardless of sci-fi term, mech stands for mechanic in our normal lives. Quote

DanOfBricks Posted October 11, 2024 Posted October 11, 2024 (edited) LEGO you suck! Just saw with Brick Clickers YouTube vid that 60450 Wheel Loader is a 4+ set for $15! They did the big mobile crane and excavator, but then go backwards with this?! I was feeling that LEGO Construction was on a momentum to coming back, but I was wrong. Here's hoping they have something better for Construction in the 2nd half of 2025. Edited October 11, 2024 by DanOfBricks Quote

Good to see that LEGO is committing to the police redesign - With the lack of any 1HY sets, I worried that they were dropping the sleek new colour-scheme! The Space mech is nearly perfect! The legs are a little spindly (two 1x2 tiles (one per leg) would bulk them up easily), and it could use a crystal to pick up and a tiny bit of terrain to explore (like the hoverbike has), but otherwise it looks really good for a polybag! Also, I am pleased to see that the 2024 colour-scheme, Minifigs, setting (box art), and even the SPACE branding are carrying over into 2025 - This makes me even more excited for the modular spaceship ($80, according to @Brick Clicker)! Maybe lego will carry on with the space subtheme, by adding new sets every year. This original style they gave us seemed pretty good. Hope they continue with the new police color scheme for the following years as well Quote

BrickJagger Posted October 16, 2024 Posted October 16, 2024 Really encouraging that they're potentially keeping the Space subtheme around for a bit. I like the direction it has been going in and there is a growing amount of space-related excitement these days between SpaceX catching a rocket and the Europa Clipper. Quote
