Well weirdly the summer sets seems pretty cheap 59.99$ to 179$ and the volvo L120 electric loader sounds interesting

According those price points there is likely to be no C+ set. The cheapese C+ set in the last two years had retails prices of 169.99$.

Yes but in 2025 we should have got another 400$ set because in 2023 we got the liebherr crane but apparently they sold so badly that the 400$ series was maybe scrapped

No flagship set is weird. On the other hand, leaks for other themes also don't have expensive sets.

I think TLG has dropped the concept of a yearly flagship. Or they are just spacing them out. There are not that many big machines to exploit every single year. Or they could be trying to recoup the costs of developing the 42146.

Indeed, it was always reserved for even years (2014, 2016, 2018, 2020, 2020!, 2024...), so at first I thought I was looking on 2026sets speculations...

Well maybe this years volvo was so successfull that lego decided to make another one and hopefully it is combatible with this yeasrs volvos trailer:) 

But i have thinked what that 179$ set could be(and i had my tin foil hat on) in 2021 lego released the heavy duty tow truck wich was improvement over the original black 2006 tow truck and the 2021 set was about 159$ with 2017pcs so i have thinked could the 179$ set bee about 2200pcs and new version of the 8258 crane truck the only technic crane truck so far so maybe and hopefully lego is making that sets comeback as they did with the towtruck if the crane truck is the 179$ set i feel like its got suspension from arocs and pneumatics and other improvements:)

We did not get construction flagship set in 2024. It was already bi-yearly concept (2019 r9800, 2020 Volvo hauler, 2021 Cat D11, 2022 nothing, 2023 Liebherrr, 2024 nothing, 2025 nothing ? ).

If you're referring to the $179.99 set, then if it's C+ it will be either Porsche GT4-e or the Audi, neither of which can't really be called a flagship. If it's not C+, then it's most likely be a non-motorized, non-licensed, 2000 piece set.

Could be that situation with Volvo...about other sets, as time passes by IMHO it looks like (re)inventing a wheel. As @Maaboo the Witch pointed out we need something new like telehandler or similar, but I know how hard is to make it compact enough and with minimal functions, since I work last several years (from time to time) on JCB Loadall.

We will see in few nonths probably what could it (set for 179€) be...

The theme of construction vehicles has been greatly compressed

It would be strange if we won't get 2800-4000 pieces construction vehicle as a flagship anymore. Why ? Because the last flagship - 42146 was the most expensive flagship ever,  with two hubs, so there should definitely be a demand for such sets, because Lego are doing their research before releasing sets.

Just give me a decent heavy duty flagship and my money is yours ,TLG :) I have spare euros since no Technic purchase was made this year.

Yes, I don't think 42145 and 42177 are flagship either
There hasn't been a flagship in the past two years
The flagship set is all electric
But now the development of C++is very slow, and there hasn't been a flagship for a long time, so now technology players don't pay much attention to it
