Very, very nice 20t azur gear! It makes the bike's appearance very special and unique. Well done, tasteful choice by TLG's professional designers.

Much better than the alternative (boring dbg gear).

Well in my childhood there were more colors of gears like the grey 24th gear was colored red but never has ever since seen light of day:)

Not sure of those are Lego but on some brick technology videos I saw a blue and yellow version too.

I just start to believe that TLG are running some social experiment... How long people will buy and build the same stuff with different skin.

I am pumped up by the box art of 42202 Ducati and the more detailed 42207 F1 car. But then again, it's TLG's Technic theme. God, the year 2024 has more than one month left to its life yet all the H2 sets are not well-discussed or managed to draw pages after pages talks that we, the mid-benchers used to see for years. Not that these sets are that bad; but they are* quickly forgotten for all the right reasons. The elements discovered in the F1 car reflects people still hope for Technic theme's stock experience to get better. Let's see.

I'm sorry, but this is really bad! Again, their Corvette does not look like a Corvette at all, they got a yellow Koenigsegg

Yeah. I think only the rear taillights help it resemble a ‘vette.

I particularly hate those 1:16 cars. Not only they are ugly and functionless, but also they occupy the prime price - piece count - functionality sweet spot that could otherwise produce great sets. Another bust year for me. The snow groomer will be my last new Technic set for a long time.

I don't find them interesting as cars either, but as part packs / recolors for panels they are pretty good. Though true that if at the same scale, mechanically more interesting models were produced that would be even better, because that would enforce dense builds requiring more new structural parts / connectors that facilitate it, not just panels.

Okay, looks like we're still waiting on the actually interesting sets.

I am thinking about opening a "Has Technic been done to death?" thread.

Do a "Have Technic cars been done to death?" thread.

The answer, of course, would be a resounding "YES!".
