Thank you, the cowboy at the entrance is wearing Luke Skywalker's poncho from set 75271-1Luke Skywalker's Landspeeder. It is Item No: 66846 on bricklink.

Nice build, but I feel like it lacks polish. There are a few things I think you could do:

• More tiling, especially the interior. Also remove that stray 2x2 plate from the bedroom floor.
• Mismatched colours: the tables, the stage.
• Those generic red chairs could be replaced with stools etc.
• The tan walls look a little bland on the inside, consider adding panels or printed pieces, or lanterns hanging.
• Railing outside would be better with some tiles on top.
• Try building some custom, perhaps SNOT, tables, instead of using circular plates.
