maiq the liar Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 (edited) WARNING: THIS COMIC CONTAINS A ANIMATED EXPLOSION (Powered by my new GIF-O-VISION Special effects system). IF YOU HAVE EPILEPSY OR ARE SENSITIVE TO ANIMATED EXPLOSIONS, CONTACT ME AND I WILL GIVE YOU A LINK TO THE NON-ANIMATED VERSION. So, as i was saying, here's a sneak preview of a comic i had a idea for called Z. (full name for this entry is Z!: Beyond time and space) THE STORY SO FAR... In recent months, the mayor and the former mayor have been working to create a time machine. Things go horribly wrong at the prototype's testing... (i made a typo here, sorry. it's supposed to say THUNDERHEAD EDDIE: . . ., not just . . .) (the lower quality is due to the GIF format's compressing. i can't help it.) GoldenBrick Posted July 31, 2008 Posted July 31, 2008 Good job. Do you have plans to make many more comics? Quote
Pencoin Posted July 31, 2008 Posted July 31, 2008 a bit short and it seems a bit weird, not much to go on, but this is only the preview so you can sort that! I am looking forward to the next episode Quote
maiq the liar Posted August 3, 2008 Author Posted August 3, 2008 So, where do you think Thunderhead eddie should go next? (also, he'll propably look less Exo-Forceish in the next episode.) Quote
Jipay Posted August 3, 2008 Posted August 3, 2008 To be honest, there is a serious lack in term of visual. First, you take large shots which do show your appartement : no one gives a damn about the colour of your blanket. Then, you're using too many colors when you're writting, and more important colors that don't match : yellow and red for instance are a definite no. Photography : don't take the shot at a short distance of your minifigs with your flash on ! It gives you the first picture : everything is white ! Use daylight instead of a flash. While taking pictures at a short distance, use the "flower" option which will ensure less blurryness. Quote
maiq the liar Posted August 3, 2008 Author Posted August 3, 2008 sorry, i'm still confused about how to use my camera. Quote
