"Slipping Out The East Gate"

Brother Amaranth slips out the east gate of Redwall Abbey to hunt for pecans in Mossflower Wood. As his tummy grumbles, he smiles to himself remembering the gooseberry scones Sister Geraldine had packed for him.

A quick 1-hour build to try out a sand red wall using slightly different shades of dyed bricks. Also a chance to try out warm tan for the path!

Nice work on the wall and the gate. The different colors give a good aged feel to the brickwork. I like the autumn feel the tree and fallen leaves evoke.

The shades look pretty good. How do you dye them?  I wasn't aware ABS took dyes that well.

Nice work on the wall. Its deceptively simple, but very detailed once one takes a closer look.

I like the setting and the presence of the mouse instead of the classic Lego minifigure makes the scene more suggestive!
