[TC2 - B] Lt. Thomas Palmer, RN

With activity on the Brick Seas slowing down, Her Majesty's ships and men are also slowing down. This portrait captures Commander Palmer bidding farewell to the newly commissioned Lt. Thomas Palmer aboard the newly built brig-sloop, HMS Reindeer. Although she is newly built, there is currently no use for HMS Reindeer and thus she is immediately placed into ordinary under the charge of Palmer.

 

Thomas Palmer will be my main character in Era III and Julius Palmer will be an NPC/supporting character.
