Love the Bogeyman!

Steampunk Inventor seems to be also great but I can see only the head 

Whatever they did with the "plush collector"... thats just a city minifigure  same with astronomer kid and cat lover

1. Wolfpack Beastmaster: Good sword, good shield, and a light grey wolf! Looks like he has a cape as well. Not a complete can of the mutton chops face/hood, but it's still be great for army building.

2. Pirate Quartermaster: Doesn't strike me super pirate-y right now - more of a general tradeswoman? Still, I think that's a good thing! I think she will fit in with a lot of pirate-type scenes, and the cockatoo looks good! The sword is a bit redundant, though. 

3. Steampunk Inventor: Great stovetop hat, and seems to have the appropriate brown attire. Accessory is a clock/bomb, with steam coming out of it? Wish the accessory could have been cooler, but the minifigure's a good one.

4. Pterodactyl Costume Fan: Dark grey, with blue highlights. New wings (no hands), and a new hood. I'm not a huge costume person, but I think she looks good!

5. Bogeyman: That is NOT a suitable Oogey replacement - it's dark purple, with a big, open screaming face. Kinda reminds me of the Yeti mold. He also has a red book with a moon and a dead tree that looks really good. Not a fan of the minifig itself, though.

6. Jetpack Racer: Nifty helmet, should work in a lot of space scenes. Mostly white, with red and black accents. Not fully on board, though.

7. Cat Lover: Only one cat - but it looks like the minifig also comes with a pink yarn ball? The sweater's colors are a little garish to me - possibly the colors of the Transgender flag?

8. Longboarder: It's of the skateboarder variety - minifigure seems to be wearing green headphones, maybe? Pretty typical city figure for the most part, though.

9. Astronomer Kid: Nice torso, and the build for the telescope is neat (is the tripod piece new?) Otherwise, pretty simple.

10. Cupid: It's of the baby cupid vein, complete with a red heart, bow, and new wings that look smaller than the D&D ones. I don't think it will be usable in most historic scenes, sadly.

11. Hamster Costume Fan: The costume looks like what you'd expect... But only a green tile pellet for the accessory? Weak!

12. Plush Toy: That's a plush toy fan - looks like she's holding Beanie Boos - a green frog and a blue... Seal? It's a young girl wearing all pink, including her hair - so, that's a pass for me.

Well.. There's some that I really like (Beastmaster, Pirate Quartermaster), and a few I'd get one of (Steampunk Inventor, Pterodactyl), or like for the accessories (Longboard, spooky stories book, yarn ball, plush). Overall, though - it feels like a weaker minifigure series to me - just enough good stuff for me to like it, but I don't really love it either.

It's hard to tell from the quality of the picture but does it seem to anyone else that the astronomer's hand may be the prosthetic one they use for the character Autumn in a couple of the Friends sets?

Good spot. I think you’re right. It would also be on trend for them to include some diversity in ability in that way

Possibly? It is a little odd that arm us dual-molded with orange and blue - the color of Autumn's prosthetic hand - but I can't quite say it's round enough near the "sleeve." Good eye, if that's the case!

Plush collector looks like she’s holding Squishmallows. I think an actual plush toy figure would have been the better way to go but whatcha gonna do? I do like squishmallows.

Bogeyman is super cute, I like him a lot. Cupid is also exactly what I wanted.

So, I’m very much an animal guy, and love the three new additions, and their figures. On top of that Bogeyman & Inventor look good, Cupid is cute and what I expected.  Costumes as expected too. Only big letdown for me is whatever that Jetpack Racer is! 
 

Think it’s a strong series with a lot of very different figures altogether. That Beastmaster is going to be *so* sought after though!

That's my guess - it's that, or the brain of the second cat that's going to get transplanted to the white one...

Oh that would make sense. Odd thing for a new piece though 

I'll probably buy one complete set through my LUG's source if he plans to make an order.  But I'll be stalking stores to get an army of Beastmasters and additional quantities of some others like the Harbormaster and maybe the Boogeyman and Steampunk guy, possibly one or two others.

The astronomer kid looks like they might just have dual-molded arms to me.

The pteranodon costume fan is about what I expected from the series, they look pretty fun. The sand blue colour is a good pick and I like the wings but I'm wondering if the legs will be different too.

Same for the boogeyman. I want to see what's on the book cover!

I'm still hoping the steampunk inventor has something cool to use for Adventurers but can't see much.

I always love getting our first peek at unlicensed CMFs! I actually think it's a fairly strong series--a little something for everyone. My favorites are the Beastmaster and the Cupid. I also love the new cockatoo mold. I just know my kids are going to be wild about the Plush Collector, the Hamster Suit Kid, and the Cat Lover!

S-Tier; Beastmaster (Great for army building both a human wolf pack and an animal wolfpack)

A-Tier; None

B-Tier; Pirate Quartermaster (Cockatoo looks nice, good torso print, hair seems out of character), Steampunk Inventor, Pterodactyl Costume (will get one just to have the full dino costume set), Jetpack Racer

C-Tier; Plushie Fan (Good plushies, terribly boring minifigure), Hamster Costume, Boogieman (Too childish for my style, uninspired)

D-Tier; Astronomy Kid (telescope looks nice enough, otherwise unexciting), Cupid (Super generic)

F-Tier; Longboarder, Cat Lady (Super plain, one cat and a ball of yarn?)

Is the upside down leg-piece at the base of the telescope a new piece?

What part is used for the telescope's base / legs?

It looks more like she's wearing a reversed black baseball cap with some green hair showing on the sides and through the hole on the cap's back. Highly specific piece, but as I have green hair occasionally, I'll certainly be able to use it for my sigfig :D

I think it’s a recolour of an existing har/hair piece, as you describe, from Hidden Side

The hair is going in a different direction, but you are right, the idea is the same!

Oh and the color of series is lime green....

There’s an outside chance that the cat lover comes with more than one cat still. In group shots of series 19, the Dogsitter was shown with the dachshund (but not the French bulldog that she also came with). 
 

The jetpack racer helmet looks awesome. Strong Space Police 1 vibes. I'd love to see that helmet in more colors.

The Wolfpack guy is going to be hoarded. I don't think he looks nearly as cool as the original CMF Rogue. This new one is less than the sum of his parts. But people will want that shield and wolf.

I like the harbormaster but I can't explain why.
