Light brown, black, and white. In either case, though, I highly doubt that they would use the wolves in the Twilight set - in the movie, they're bigger than people and would need to be as big as the old Wargs.

Yeah I've not seen any of this new series except at the Lego shop itself but they were (as expected) cleared out of Wolfpack and Bogeymen. I only found the one cupid too. I was able to get the catboy and pirate though.

Like with DnD series I reckon the more desirable ones will be easier to find once the series has been out for a little while.

You guys been dealing with everything that’s happened to me since January 1st for me locally.

but also Barnes and nobles was always a no hands on blind boxes policy, they always kept them behind the counters with theft protection boxes around them, even with the feel bags, it doesn’t surprise they wouldn’t allow you to scan them!

It’s been frustrating Minifigs hunting, but that’s part of the process, imho, the only thing lego can do to combat scalping is increase the amount of beast masters per box, because it’s only been one or two at the moment.

Yikes, sorry to see these issues are so rampant. But its good to hear that Barnes and Noble has always had this policy, I really felt like I was being singled out in that moment so I appreciate hearing this. Totally agree its nice to see they eventually got the blind boxes sorted out, but it is a shame it wasn't done on time for Series 25, but most importantly the Marvel Series. Wish I was able to scan my own Beast figure when they first released, but what can you do.

I went to Barnes and Noble and scanned a bunch and actually found 5 dragonborn.  They let me scan a whole box and a half.

I legit managed to buy him for 10 bucks back in November, it was one of the few X-men figures that were missing from my Mutant mansion!

You guys been dealing with everything that’s happened to me since January 1st for me locally.

I only found two beast masters out of the 400 scans I did, the best chance I ever had was at the lego store, my buddy kept putting out boxes and only found one in a boxes, fresh. Also, also, a scalper has been wiping them clean from all my Walmarts near me, because for one, new boxes would be placed on the shelves, and only a few pieces were moved, deducing it was the beastmaster. Walmart’s inventory system is better than targets at the moment, the Walmart app will legit let you know if series 27 minifigs are available in your store by letting you “picking” them up same day, that’s how it’s easy to know if a store has it, therefore narrowing down gas wasted on other stores. I went to all the stores that had them in stock and sure enough, all were gone through when I arrived.

Collectors and army builders will wait until the hype dies down, scalpers want to get a piece of those insane reselling prices for them third party at the moment. If you guys search BrickLink you will find that other series 27 figures on sale will be like 30-100 something, Wolfpack beastmaster is sitting at 1,500 figures available, so yeah for sure he’s the most sought after.

To be honest using apps to scan for figs is the most clean method in all my years of blind box searching, because when the marvel series 2 figures were released and the series 25, it was a blood bath, I would see how many blind boxes were returned glued or taped shut, or just completely left open in stores.

Walmart on the other hand is starting to enforce store credit policy with returns, meaning you won’t get your cash back when you buy entire boxes of them

but also Barnes and nobles was always a no hands on blind boxes policy, they always kept them behind the counters with theft protection boxes around them, even with the feel bags, it doesn’t surprise they wouldn’t allow you to scan them!

I believe some of the employees of some stores already take out some wolfpack boxes for their own collections/gain. They have those apps too of course

Same. Target's website doesn't even have a listing / sku for the individual packs yet, just the 6-pack, which they don't carry in stores. I managed to get three of the five i'm interested in and Bricklinked the other two. Yeah, I paid a premium for wolfpack and boogieman but now I don't have to run around. Whatever.

It's not coming up on a Target search, but a Google search shows the page for individual figures at Target. None of my local stores have them in stock though, and they always appear to be a few weeks late.

There's several other apps that are completely free. I use Minifig Scan, but there are others that also work. Brick Fanatics is just greedy, frankly.

Have you seen their website? It's so awful and crammed full of the most terrible and obtrusive ads. The entire thing is clickbait and none of the links are useful. It's so spammy. I hate it every time I fool myself into clicking onto their site.

I also use Minifig Scan and it's been extremely good.

I used to go on there occasionally for interviews and reviews, but I've tried to stay away for years. There are way better options out there that don't shove a popup window at you every time you click on a new article.

I don't consult the website or use their application (I use MinifigScan which is better) but I really like listening to the analyzes of the person present in most of their YouTube videos which are of quality and which have the merit of developing interesting subjects.

Lucked out and Best Buy by me put them out today. I had been checking the app and was going to just order a couple from them as they sent me a $5 reward. Only got a couple Wolfpack (got the Quartermaster previously though maybe I’ll get another for the Cockatoo).

I must say that I really like the cape and hood. I think I like this hood over the one typically used on newer medieval figures, but it looks like it’s not on PAB (seems like mostly licensed sets have used them)?

Does it seem like the Boogeyman is getting bought up quickly? I was thinking of getting one, but did not today.

Well truth be told they let me scan a box of the Space series then only let me scan a handful of others from Series 25 and 27. So I did get to scan but I was given an eventual limit.

But oddly enough I feel we are at the perfect spot with collectable figures. The packaging is environmentally friendly, we have a surfer way of knowing who it is we are purchasing, and the designs are just as creative and detailed as I feel they need to be. I'm excited to see what else comes from this Series, really want this to be evergreen. Lots of untapped potential with global cultures. We've gotten the Bavarian Boy, and Pretzel Girl and various Native American figures. Would love to see them expand on figures that represent people of the world. We've gotten a lot of Greek Mythology figures but would appreciate seeing them pull from other mythologies. We kind of saw this with the S6 Genie being a jin, and the S19 Monkey King being from Chinese folklore. I just think they can keep expanding.

And I know I talk a lot but also love when they infuse personality into the career figures. The S10 Mechanic had a tattoo, the S24 Carpenter had a head wrap. When we get "basic" professions or hobbies, where you would expect the accessories to do the heavy lifting (think graphic artist, juggler, or doll maker figures) , the personalizing of the figure to have their own culture and jewelry and tattoos and such also provides infinite potential.

ps maybe I don't mean "basic" professions, rather ones with no official uniform whose defining feature would traditionally be their accessories, to signify what they do. Think how the juggling items such as pins or balls are what allude to someone being. juggler. Or how a graphic artist figure wouldn't read correctly without their sketch tablet or laptop. On that note would love for Lego to make a piece for a digital art pad/drawing tablet.

Well, i hit jackpot. I have one 6-pack box i got Cupid, Longboarder, Streampunk Inventor, Jetpack Racer, and….Wolfpack Beastmaster!  Nw I’m not worried about hunting down the beastmaster minifigure. I will look for other six more in stores.

Oops I forgot to mention 6th minifigure, it’s Hamster Costume Fan!

After much hunting I found the three Wolfpack figs I was chasing in a small local toy store. Every big box place was picked clean. I was looking for the torso & legs but I gotta say the wolf is chunkier than I expected.

As for scanner apps, I'll also say OMGbricks was the best one I used, as it allows you scan multiple boxes at once instead of needing to do them one by one.

Not useful but mildly interesting, it also counts your total scans and tallies the results per figure. I made over 400 attempts in this app alone D:

To be honest, this does happen with other toy lines, especially employees who are in the know in the toy section, more in Target in Walmart but they will keep them in the back and still show them in stock, it does suck

I finally found 3 in the wild today, the Walmart app came through with inventory local pick up, this morning I noticed more local stores got their series 27 boxes.

I took a gamble and went to the lego store that keeps them behind tempered/anti theft glass. There was no series 27 on the shelves though, luckily the lady who works the toy section came around the corner and asked for my help, she scanned the barcode and noticed they had some. 10 minutes later and she walks back with the entire box sealed. The kicker is that because the lego is behind glass she wouldn’t hand it over, she dropped it on the floor and started to stack them inside the glass bin and I had to scan them that way, behind the glass LOL

I wasn’t mad or anything but happy I finally got the ones I wanted. That’s the kicker though, we’ve gotten some interesting figures but it’s the only way to get the black hood accessories since they took it down from Pick a Brick

Have been really lucky with the wolf hunt here in Norway, got the first ones record early before Christmas, then a few after and on the new year my local grocery store had them on sale (perfect timing). So when I got the box I had ordered this week I put most of the box up for sale right away :shrug_oh_well:

Seems like some stores got them really early and some only this week, and after the first rush is over they probably will be easier to find when stores restock.

One is collecting the other is taking advantage of the community. I'm not an army builder, I just want one of a specific figure, but I'm not going to begrudge someone building a scene or army.

Alternatively, one is removing as many of the minifigures as they can from the community and hoarding them, the other is temporarily removing them but making them more easily available albeit at a profit. If the community want reselling to stop, then the community shouldn't buy from resellers and the business model is broken.

I don't think this is true. Some collectors and army builders will also hit the stores from day 1 and clear out as many as they can to build their collection or army. I don't believe army builders are so altruistic, waiting for others to get what they want before they buy more than one of a figure.

I see a lot of wolfpack guys being sold overhere (on facebook) for 12€ each. People even buy them for those prices. Crazy. Greedy buyers and greedy sellers

As it might help some folk : having found some intact boxes in the wild, I’ve found that on the top level two Wolf/Beastmasters were all in the same place in each box. Specifically on the top level, left hand side, second and third from back. Might help those who aren’t able to scan to have a better chance of picking the right ones

Is this the most number of new animal moulds we have got in a CMF set? I really like all three of the new animals!

I am also quite excited about the idea of that prosthetic hand - I would like Lego to make a right-handed one and I feel it opens up many possibilities for all sorts of energy and mechanical effects (superheroes, for example).

Lastly, I cannot believe that the Wolfpack Warrior set is now over USD13 on BL!!! Never bought any CMF from a store but I'm going to have to go to my local Target to hunt them down.

Nope, three new animal moulds is the record. Series 19 though had three new moulds (dachshund, flamingo & chameleon), 2 new recolours/prints (chicken & French bulldog). And one reuse (scorpion) … plus a bonus rubber duck!

Definitely Series 19 has a lot of animals mixed of new molds and recolors!
