Henry Bricklider Posted September 28, 2024 Posted September 28, 2024 Hello, I am a contributing writer for BrickNerd and am currently working on an article about the LEGO Club's mascot: Max. Before becoming the mascot of the global club magazine, he debuted in the UK magazine in the Cool Creations or front page section. I need the exact (or close to exact first appearance) of Max. I ordered Club magazines directly from the UK a month ago through BrickLink, but admittedly, I don't think they'll be arriving in the mail... Does any know where a proper archive of LEGO Club magazines - and specifically the UK publication - from the mid-2000s are online? Quote

See here @Henry Bricklider. Is that what you're after? Edited September 28, 2024 by Murdoch17 Quote
Henry Bricklider Posted September 28, 2024 Author Posted September 28, 2024 Not quite what I'm after, but I appreciate the link regardless. I could write about any iteration of the magazine any day. I'm specifically looking for the magazine from 2006-2008 which was when the magazine became LEGO Magazine and then LEGO Club Quote
Henry Bricklider Posted September 28, 2024 Author Posted September 28, 2024 A rather quick update: I did in fact find Max's debut in the magazine on a database for the Netherlands' club magazine: http://www.miniland.nl/LEGOclub/lego magazine lezen.htm. Max debuted in the fourth issue of LEGO Magazine in 2006. Quote
