November 11, 2024Nov 11 Are you revealing what the project is yet or are you waiting until progress is made?
November 13, 2024Nov 13 Author well now the new 3+R gearbox is finished:)Â 2 minutes ago, Auroralampinen said: well now the new 3+R gearbox is finished:)Â And the gearbox is on the back because it will be under a bench seat on my new moc and this saves space and this is really efficient space usage:)Â
November 13, 2024Nov 13 Author well apparently my trademark is that i somehow make every moc using the same axle widthnes;)Â Just now, Auroralampinen said: well apparently my trademark is that i somehow make every moc using the same axle widthnes;)Â Yes only the countach axle widthnes is only one stud more than the new moc:)Â
November 24, 2024Nov 24 Author well since i have passion for creating really huge models i decided to challenge my self to create something small and functional:)Â
November 25, 2024Nov 25 Author well now all the functions work perfectly:)Â here it is next to the lamborghinis:)Â
November 25, 2024Nov 25 Author Well this is really fun to play with im really impressed now with my building skills:)Â
November 25, 2024Nov 25 Author well now this is starting to look like something and im a crazy person who loves weird and wacky solutions and engines this model has a half radial 9 sylinder engine;)Â

Though I'd argue it might be a W9 variant, similar to these historical W18s?https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/W18_engine (These Ws had only three banks of cylinders, as opposed to the four-bank ones that modern Bugattis had. I'm not sure why they get the same letter!)
November 25, 2024Nov 25 Author well here is the engine in better photo the kawasaki engine pieces do a miracles when you try to make radial engines in smaller size or models:)Â
November 26, 2024Nov 26 Author well i still can't get over it how fun it is to play with this thing i wish i would be master of instructions because i really want to make for this model free instructions because this is just so fun to master the log unloading and loading controls this might be my most playable moc ever and this thing takes me back to the good old days of 2009-2018 when sets were full of functions and not a self queens i still remember the day when i got the 8043 excavator for christmas present i was 6 or 7 years old and that was so fun to construct and the mk2 mobile crane from 2013 i got that also as i christmas present i was then 9 years old and that was so fun to put together both were really challenging but really fun to put together i maded a ton of mistakes with the 8043 but i was fun to fix those i builded those sets all day back then and the unimog was also nice set i got that aswell on christmas:)Â
November 26, 2024Nov 26 Im sure there is someone who is better at this than me, but if you upload a ton of photos to Flickr or something, I (or someone else) could possibly make a pdf for it from the photos. That way the instructions could be used by people.
December 2, 2024Dec 2 Author Well sorry for no updates. I had important meetings last weekend. And i was last week prepared for them. Im still sad what happened couple weeks ago. But thats how life goes there is always an end day. But im starting again building mocs and thinking new ideas. So stay tuned:)Â
December 7, 2024Dec 7 Author new project wich i started yesterday(and yes the crane is from arocs just modified and im not expert to build cranes and booms so i little bit eased my self because the chassis is about the right scale to the arocs boom and i builded this with parts what i had. I had arocs as my christmas present in 2015 when i was 11 years old and its one of the few remains whats left before my dark ages when i basically sold every lego piece and i dont have arocs at hand its in my fathers house just collecting dust;) .)Â Edited December 7, 2024Dec 7 by Auroralampinen Fixed text
December 7, 2024Dec 7 I just noticed this topic today! Glad you found your way back to LEGO Technic after your Dark Ages and managed to build so many great things so quickly out of a couple of sets. You're really creative. Might I suggest you to try and buy used sets too, not only multiples of new ones, as they contain useful pieces that are already retired. If you're into pneumatics try to find the legendary 8455 Back-Hoe, it contains 10x cylinders and 7x 3-way valves, or my favorites 8110 Unimog and Arocs 42043. 42082 Rough Terrain Crane is also a monster and an excellent parts pack. Want to build something with the heaviest wheels, try 8466. Have fun!

December 8, 2024Dec 8 Author Well i wasn't happy with the chassis it had few issues so i will now remodel the chassis:)Â
December 8, 2024Dec 8 My friend you are a quick builder aren't ya? Is this new creation also something in the spirit of a logging truck or rather forest machinery? Remodeling is never a bad plan, i find myself making a V2 (3, 4 5 etc...) more often than not which ussely leads to a better model, just keep the "old" version at hand if possible so you can easily catch the parts that need improving! I am curious to see what you will make!
December 8, 2024Dec 8 Author well now the chassis is more robust than before(and yes this has an ackermann steering.) And if you have wanted the moc catalog wich i have complete or not here it is Shelfed or canceled -the first moc in this spree the big rig -tractor -the car chassis consept In progress -The 6x6 "truck" -the original little truck is being converted to this big truck since i feeled like that was good but how we can more improment that still the little guy is my dencest truck Completed -the countach quattrovalvole build time about 3-2 weeks:)Â
