What is your favorite Space set? (One only!)

As a child my favourite was 6876 Blacktron Alienator:

It was my AT-AT. The biggest ship I had was the XT Light/Sound Classic Space, but it was fragile. Today I would choose something big. tried to rebuild a Bennys Spaceship, that was fun. But you want to choose one. But of course there were so much fun sets and themes.
