First Lego Group discontinued ALL Magnet pieces two years ago, then last year they retired trans neon colors, including Trans Neon Green.

I know many people voted last year for Lego Group to recreate a 90s theme and choose M:tron, but is it feasable today to expect an M:tron revamp?

Let's face it, without these two key features, M:tron theme is not the same,

They just had the M-Tron powerlifter in the the Space CMF, so it's not dead. Where there's a will, there's a way, and Lego just doesn't appear to see the money in actual sets beyond that CMF right now.

I wouldn´t say it is dead as for never happening again, but we won´t get more than an Icons Set for the theme in the future (or a GWP). That beeing said they will very likely make it using Trans Bright green and without Magnets.

Well we do get a Blacktron Set next year if the rumours aren´t wrong, and M-Tron and Ice-Planet are probably the next most Iconic Space factions after Classic Space, so M-Tron seem like a solid choice for the next one. Would still probably be released 2028 or so, if Lego doesn´t decide to do more Icons retro Sets each year - could aswell be later if they choose to make an other faction first or decide on doing an Adventurers or Western Set inbetween ofc.

I mean, M-Tron has BEEN dead as far as being an ongoing theme is concerned. The retirement of magnet parts years ago didn't stop the fan community from continuing to produce great M-Tron MOCs, though, and I doubt the discontinuation of trans neon green will either. Some builders will choose to make do with alternative color schemes, and for those who prefer not to, trans neon green was long-lived enough to provide plenty of options even without new parts being produced in that color.

After the theme ended, we got nothing for M:Tron aside from a couple of Easter eggs on modern-day Minifigs' torsos (and far fewer of them than Classic Space and Blacktron got during the same time), so IMO M:Tron is more alive now than ever before in the 21st Century!
As far as parts for future sets go, trans-neon green's demise is reversible, and even if it never returns, that vibrancy can be replicated in new sets via lime or neon yellow; for magnets, we could see something like the 2020 ones come back (themselves a revival of magnets after around a decade of their absence!), or they could be replaced with various claws and clamps (as with the Powerlifter).

Now is the last chance to make M-Tron MOCs with new trans neon green pieces because five different pieces are still available on pick a brick. I ordered some of them myself but the order is stuck at the warehouse because they are moving all pick a brick pieces to Poland.
