Somewhere in the Undercity on Taris…

JQ02_01

Iya_01

» Thanks again for saving me up there in the club, Jedi Skywalker. «

Luke_01

» No worries. And it’s Luke.  «

Iya_01

» Yes, Jedi Luke. «

Luke_01

» Just Luke.  «

Iya_01

» So… Luke, what are we doing down here? «

Food_Vendor

» Recycled food! Good value for your credits! Get your recycled food!  «

Luke_01

» Um, we’re getting some food, it seems. «

JQ02_02

Luke_01

» Want some? It’s actually better than advertised.  «

Iya_02

» Er… no thank you.

So you just follow where the current flows, I assume. «

Luke_01

» The Force? Yes, the Force is with me.  It will guide you if you learn to listen.  «

Iya_02

» Luke, erm… the Reborn called you the Last Jedi. Are you really the last one? «

Luke_01

» To be honest, I don’t know. My old master told me so, but… I think there are more. Maybe none of them was promoted to be a Jedi-Knight, but they can wield the Force. I mean, look at you, Iya. «

Iya_02

» My kin does not wield the White Current. It’s forbidden, in fact. That’s what got me here - ‘cause I … I’m different… «

Luke_01

» You want to become a Jedi.  «

Iya_01

» Can you… can you teach me these powers? «

Luke_02

» Hmm. I barely finished my own training. I don’t know if I’m ready. I mean, I will have to rebuild the Jedi order some day but - «

Iya_02

» Why are you afraid? «

Luke_02

» Hmm … Ask me again some time.  «

JQ02_03

Iya_02

» Oh! Stormtroopers! What are they doing here? «

Luke_01

» Taris is still contested. There are some hideouts the New republic did not get to yet. Let’s investigate.  «

JQ02_04

Stormtrooper_seargant

» … and he said, that’s the best you can do with your life. You either run like a coward, or be part of something. «

Stormtrooper

» So you undergo that treatment and then what? They hand you over one of these laserswords and you become something like an invincible demigod? «

Stormtrooper_seargant

» Unlimited power, he said - if you stand the pain. But if they ask me, I take it. Better than hiding here, surrounded by junk. You should do the same. «

Stormtrooper

» I dunno, pal. Sounds like some cultist gibberish. The Empire is going down to pieces, I say it. I’m not going to join. «

Stormtrooper_seargant

» Do what you want. But if I run into a Jedi, I’d rather be equipped and powerful enough to fight him. «

Iya_01

» Psst, Luke? You hear that? «

Luke_01

» Yes, Iya. Seems like our junkyard investigations were a success.  «

Hello,

welcome to the Jedi Quest Story Arc. I decided to spin it off from the Raiders storyline, so here it is, in a brand new outfit... Hope you can follow the different subplots better now

Here, another image without the minifigs and closed doors:

Great little moc! I really like the big hanger type structure with the large round curved slopes and curved slopes as roof. The doors, where the stormies walk through fit right in. And there's some nice greebling everywhere. That flex tube behind the dish looks great. Also a cute detail with the rat living in the engine. All the stickers and prints add more details to the scene. The printed tiles you use for the stove fit perfect  But i must say, the recycled food looks not very delicious :pir-grin: Seems Luke enjoys his soylent green brown though.

But i guess the true intention of this moc is to show off your trans-blue tiles. Haha, just kidding - we talked about the tiles recently :iamded_lol:

That's nice!  And the rat in the Landspeeder engine adds to the atmosphere  Great work, as always

I had to google what you mean. I didn't know this soylent green story.

Here, recycled food could be more like, you know, recycled human organic waste. No humans inside though

Luke eating awkward stuff is a little nod to the scene from E8 where he drinks that fresh walrus-beast milk on that kriffin' island :snicker: As a Jedi, he's open minded, you know. Moreover he comes from Tatooine. I guess there everything got to be recycled...

Busted! :roflmao:

These are nearly all I got. But I wanted to try a little water effect too! It became a leaking water well at least :innocent:

Fantastic! Love the crowded feel of your build, yet you can see everything nicely. That's a hard balance to strike. I also like your use of engine exhausts(?) tiles for grills.
