Probably the ugliest looking (subjectively) but I hope the a) functions, b) parts packaging, and c) building techniques- all will be better

That one's wrong, it's never been released in this mold version.  the previous mold 41669 was in sets in 2019.

It looks bad, it is another boring car with basic  functions, stickers are "in your face" moment and it is overpriced for no reason. And yet we will be getting even more cars in this scale so agree with Eric Trax, they are just doing sets from the excel sheet.

For me It may be second year in a row without purchasing new technic set.

I agree with the first para that reflects your sentiment. More like doing stuffs from excel sheet. But it's too early to tell or think about "going without purchasing Technic theme."

And then (again) historically they are not nailing it themewise for consecutive years. Hmm...

It is not too early for me, probably half of the sets are already revealed and the pattern is more than clear. I have a strong feeling that for June / July / August waves we will get even more cars.

1280x1033.jpgi see new panel piece:)

Well after looking this photo more closely i think the corvette logo in front is printed and not stickers so this is improvement compared to ford gt wich had sticker for the ford logo in the front:)

I like those design. Not as good as jesko in mechanical side, but it has still better design than almost every other car before jesko.

My most biggest complain is TLG used only one yellow frictionless 2L pin for attach front part. And seems like there is no other connection, so that part of car will be very floppy.

There isn't much you can improve over the Koenigsegg, It would've been nice to see an adjustable spoiler, even manually, but judging on the pictures it doesn't seem like it. It has some useful recolors, but it has less pieces than the old one. That being said, the old one used a lot of system pieces for the roof and hood. I personally think it look more or less good.

Point taken.

Nothing can be improved?

The wheels and rims for example! Stop using those old wheels and introduce a new mould of sporty wheel that can be used for the next 10 years!

Wheels can improve the look of a car a lot.

I agree, I meant nothing can be improved now that we got the pictures and all.

Yes.

My statement was a general statement referring not to this particular car, but all the 1:16 cars.

What TLG did on the rear rims of the Koenigsegg is embarrassing!

Ah yes. Didn't think of that.

Same. That is a small detail though. The wheels and sticker end headlights being fixed is a bigger priority.

I don't really think it makes any sense, pieces already exist that can fill in the space easily.

Agreed. It is used to reduce the parts count and to keep things simple as hell, cause people and kids can not handle massive parts.

I think something holds the panels on the sides, near the end of the curved wheel arch panels. It looks like a 1x1 plate, probably with a clip or bar or something.

The front looks actually quite fine, aside from the yellow 42003 piece behind the window sticking out like a sore thumb. The rear however, looks absolutely terrible, with stickers everywhere (exhaust too, ughhh) and the taillights personally look like they've sunken below into the bodywork.

Hopefully the in-game in-app thing on the box means something this time, the forced-CSR Racing stuff ruined the Bolide set, like they just tossed them money and said put our logo on our box and as a sticker that the set looks ridiculous with.

Looks like an ok set, even if it might be a step back from the Koenigsegg. But the price is a bit steep for my liking.

And I'm sorry, but can we please make these new "official lego set"-topics uniform with the older ones? I fear they will get lost in the feed otherwise.

I like the corvette. The overall shape is very well done! But we all know, the Supra will be the set, that gets all the love.

Yellow is a nice colour. I hope TLG recolours it into medium blue or dark blue. It would colour complement the Supra which could make both cars pop when presented next to each other in stores.

The next step for the Technic Design Team could be to improve the front wheel-movement + wheel-arch. The whole construction is way to open. It was acceptable in the jesko, because of the scissor doors. But it's just okay-ish on the stingray. So a new wheel- or wheel-mount-design that allows rotation on point (without the heavy forward-backward-movement) could be a good idea. Or what about virtual pivot point steering Lego?

The rear lights are sad and the pipe print is just not acceptable!*huh* But don't get me wrong, i like this set!

At first glance the jesko is the better set (especially as a parts pack and for doing alternates). It comes with loads of gears (thanks to the scissor doors). Plus the build of the engine cover is just sick!

Oh and i still would love to see a (single) shock absorber in this kind of set. Maybe as a bi stable mechanism for the engine cover. And of course lots of different gears! That would spice up the alternates. And i hope they keep the differentials in.
