Sooo basically we have 8052, which was ripped off everything that made it cool. Power Functions, linear actuator and hooklift mechanism.
For the same price!

Also, 8052 had a B-model.

Hope this set has medium linear actuator.

Doesn't even use a linear actuator! What the hell?

I believe this could work:

Na, it'sprobably four frames: two 19L in the back and two 13 long at the front. (but yes: two left, two right)

Can someone figure out how the tipping function works? How is it connected to the gear?

Nevermind, someone just posted a good suggestion.

Also, for all of you thinking about Dark Blue being new Yellow for constructions vehicles;

It's Dark Blue, because recolours were made for F1.

Yup. I mentioned that on the previous page.

@anyUser Nice work! I'm also building it in Studio and came up with the same linkage solution with the mini-LA.
Btw the 1x1 liftarm (spacer) in yellow is new.

Steering setup could be pretty basic:

(I don't have the 13L frame)

The most surprising so far appears to be the wheel cover (from small Bugatti, Part 2459 - new in black?) that is mounted askew.

The cabin is simple, effective and stable. The front basically is a sheet on its own.

Why do they use this part in black on the door? It's available from the Ford in Dark/Earth Blue.

Truck appears - too - dark and dull with dark grey. I decided to add a streak of colour to it:

Probably pearl gold?  Recolouring it yellow for just this set would be odd.

Can be used in other sets, here added just for fans.
Also, it looks like there is t20 gear in that actuator drivetrain:

That'll improve the tipping 'process': with two 12-tooth gear as shown in my picture above it feels to take ages between the two end positions.

Still WIP

Nice. How did you find out about the interior of the cabin? (I gave up)
I think there is a brown axle used for door not the red 3L axle-pin-with friction

At this point I start to believe that some license owners are paying for Lego from marketing budget (e.g. Mack) and so we get cheaper sets on their behalf and some licenses Lego is buying (Ferrari) so we get inflated prices.

I suggested this exact same thing a couple of years ago, I'm sure brands like Volvo are happy to work with Lego and are not charging them, we generally get goods sets for a fair price

Why is this thing named "Tipping Dump Truck"? Seems redundant.

It's tipping the scales of value for money and what we are able to tolerate. ;)

As it's just a resized version of the 42147 Dump Truck. I would say it is some kind of SEO/marketing hack. According to rebrickable, the 42147 Dunp Truck has nearly 80k views. All the other small technic sets only have 40k views.
...supporting my theory, "a set that performs, gets repeated by TLG over and over again". And people using the search term "Dump Truck alternates" (or similar) will find this set. ...just a theory.

Why does TLC keep releasing trucks with racing tyres?

Well, one could also see it as a good thing that those new frames make things simpler, instead of more complicated.

The only reason I can think of is that "tipping truck" is American English and "dump truck" is British English, or vice versa. (I'm not enough into English to know this.)

I don't know about the British, but I'm pretty sure Canadian/American English would go with "dump truck"

Because there are no different 43mm wheels in the Lego inventory.

Didn't find a place for all the parts yet.

From your Studio file above: There are two 11L beams used for the steered axle. I believe these are too long. I have used 9L ones. It's not easily seem from your rendering but better from below in the digital model that the front wheels are protunding.

Thanks! Silly me, I even had them left over and didn't notice. 11L in lbg are not even in the part inventory.
