Very disappointed to hear you aren't the real Red Hood, my day is ruined. I was really hoping you were going to someday make at least one city in New Jersey a safe place to live. As I said before, I saw the image on an Instagram reel that didn't have the name attached. The person who shared it isn't normally in the business of posting crap. Not knowing who TheBrickMisinformer is means that the name is irrelevant to me. They might be a page that gives masonry advice. They could be a page that gets you to guess whether the image shared is a picture of a brick wall or brick wallpaper. I only said that to emphasize my point, I'm sorry I didn't really mean it. Consider the good people of *throws dart at map of New Jersey* Hackensack able to sleep well tonight. Now excuse me I just need to get to the airport. Quote
Agent Kallus Posted January 16 Posted January 16 It would be awesome if an inmate uniform that might come in the Arkham set would reappear in the Magazine. The DC magazine is definitely the most repetitive of the Lego magazines ( but also must sell well enough to continue?! DC fans exist!?!???!!!! Wonderful!) and a massable inmate rather than another batman would be awesome. I mean it wouldn't come as an inmate but a named villain in prisoner uniform but the torso and legs would allow massable inmates! Quote
BatDeanj Posted January 16 Posted January 16 (edited) If they are in jumpsuits. We better get closer to 15 minifigures or a big fig included. The 2017 Arkham has 12 minifigs for a third of the price because of the jumpsuits. But I would prefer 10 without jumpsuits personally, but I have a feeling they will as we only have a few figures to bleed from such as freeze, joker, batman and two face. However batman and two face will probably get new torsos. I mostly want to know what it is based on and who is included. I can remember when we got that info for the 2023 Batcave as it had a similar price and summer release date Edited January 16 by BatDeanj Quote

They could copy 2013 and have Joker be the one in the Arkham inmate jumpsuit, because his normal outfit is the most accessable anyway of all of Batman's rogue's gallery. Quote
BatDeanj Posted January 16 Posted January 16 if not all of them are in jumpsuits that would be cool. I just hope its game or comic based to get that dark gothic architecture, i dont see BTAS having that. I wonder what rooms the asylum will have? obviously entrance and cells. but previously we had a therapy room/section, Harleys Makeup room, Visitor centre and Washing machine area I wonder if we will get a garden or sewer section or medical section. A security desk and a medical room are probably safe bets. We’ve gotten one of each in every single Arkham (minus that 4+ wall, if we’re even counting that). If past iterations have been anything to go on, we’ll likely see a block of cells as well as some specialized cells for characters like Mr Freeze and Poison Ivy (the 2013 version didn’t include Mr Freeze but still gave him a special cell). I would say no to a sewer, because I assumed this would be our yearly superhero modular. Now it looks like we’re getting a Marvel modular which makes me think this will be more likely Rivendell and Balad-Dur and won’t have the modular restrictions (probably for the best) but that’s also just me guessing. We’ve also seen recent superhero modulars include recreations of famous scenes and memes, personally, I can’t think of anything that would fit the bill except maybe some nods to the courtroom scene from BtAS’s Trial episode or a Christmas tree to reference Christmas with the Joker. (Batman media has really done a poor job at actually making memorable things happen at Arkham. It’s most just this murder castle where bad guys sit in dank, damp cells and get interviewed Hannibal Lecter style). edit: Can’t believe I forgot about Mad Love. I think a therapy room for Joker and Harley is likely given how iconic that episode is. Edited January 16 by psqidexslizer Quote

And inflation. 16 minutes ago, BatDeanj said: if not all of them are in jumpsuits that would be cool. Btas Asylum is basically just one shot from the outside. Plenty of room to make it Gothic if the designers choose. One way or the other, they'll have to fill in some details. I suspect we'll get the Joker Christmas tree scene as well as "The Trial" if it is indeed Btas based. Quote
BrickBob Studpants Posted January 16 Posted January 16 According to exabricks, the Arkham D2C may be delayed or cancelled The DC theme just can‘t catch a break, can it. Quote

Split Asylum, Batcave and Mech discussion from that now and forever. By 2029 half the site shall be aslumes Quote

NovaBricks Posted January 16 Posted January 16 Looks like the rumor was for delayed, not cancelled. Quote
Mandalorianknight Posted January 16 Posted January 16 Regardless of whether or not the delay/cancellation pans out, I think this was the one method of messing up the Arkham D2C nobody predicted. Personally I think if it is delayed, it was because they realized fans wanted superman stuff, so the figure lineup is now: Batman (re-use from the BTAS batmobile), Jonkler (BTAS head and hair on new arkham jumpsuit torso print, no leg print), Superman (from the mech), and five multiversal Lex Luthors (common lego head prints on the Jonkler's jumpsuit torso print with no leg printing) Quote
