Matthias83 Posted December 8, 2024 Posted December 8, 2024 Hello, maybe someone can help me. I am trying to built a kind of Airport like this one from Lego Ideas. But I am struggling a bit how the roof were created. I mean these yellow tubes? Can someone help me what kind of part is this? And how are the tubes connected to the roof? Thanks for every help, Matthias Quote
Berthil Posted December 8, 2024 Posted December 8, 2024 (edited) It uses these parts as glass roof and these parts as bows which was visible on the pictures. The top is connected with a 4L bar and 4 technic half bushes to fill up te space between the bow ends. The glass is not connected at the top, it stays in place with the hinge plates at the bottom. Matthias83 Posted December 9, 2024 Author Posted December 9, 2024 (edited) Hello, big thanks for the fast response. May I ask one additional airport question concerning this airport. How are here the red cross braces (struts) of the main building made? And also what kind of part is for the window used in the main building? Big thanks for any help. Berthil Posted December 9, 2024 Posted December 9, 2024 Those pictures are very small, even after going to the creator's Flickr page. You might try and message Oliver Seon on Flickr for the MOC details. Quote
