Bricks Wright Posted December 25, 2024 Posted December 25, 2024 (edited) Hello Everyone. When I was a kid, LEGO was my favorite toy, i can't remember a single birthday or christmas where LEGO was not on my wishlist. I loved the ratteling sound of the present-packages when i take them in my hands and i knew there were this beloved Bricks inside. I'm remembering sitting under the christmastree, building up LEGO-sets, the Pirateship 'Black Seas Baracuda' for instance, or playing with them in the hospital when i was in need of some surgerie. Already then i was dismanteling most of my Sets after a short periode of time to improve them or making my own creations. As i was growing older the interest for LEGO startet to dwindle (as the interest for Ladys startet do grow) I came ouf of my dark ages about six years ago, when my oldest son was starting to play with LEGO DUPLO. His demand of builds included cranes, helicopters, Castles and ships. As his interest for LEGO was growing so mine was rising again. By now i am a father of three Boys and i love to build with and for them. And i startet to make some MOC's from my favorite theme PIRATES sole for myselfe. I am lucky to say that my boys are loving this creations and i have an excuse to build them when my better half whant's to argue with me about the time I'm spending assembeling bricks. For my start on this Forum i want to share a MOC that i built yesterday together with my boys in aproximatley two and a half hour for an obvious reason: chrismas Greetings, your Bricks Wright Edited December 25, 2024 by Bricks Wright Quote

I built the sets I got for Christmas or birthday once, but they got quickly dismantled and the parts were used for mocs. Quote
