Ice Age Man, hell yeah.

Hulk truck Vs Thanos sounds boring and that price won't do this set any favours. Both Hulk and Thanos seems to be minifigs instead of bigfigs too. And both are most likely reuses from their past versions so this set seems like an easy skip for me.

Endgame Battle doesn't seem to be anything more than a way to get new minifigs. I just hope we get high quality minifigs here and Lego doesn't cheap out on prints like they did with with Civil War airport set.

No way there are two bigfigs in a set that cheap, I'd guarantee both are minifigs. So sad- this could have been the Thanos Car. (Or Thanos Copter, that could even give us a new Hellcat).

Yeah, whether or not I get that set is all up to the minifigures. But something tells me we still won't be getting Scale Suit Cap.

a Chitauri gorilla.

Still hoping for a new helmet piece for Thanos at least, but that‘s probably in vain since the leaked description doesn‘t mention it (and it does mention Hulk‘s helmet in the other set) :hmpf_bad:

See that's what annoys me most about these. This is our first major battle in an avengers film where both sides have significant numbers of vehicles. You could make a full wave based on this. But no, instead of a brick-built chitauri gorrila or chitauri tank or a ravager flying motorcycle thing or any of the other vehicles on both sides, it's just rubble over and over. (I will grant the dragon flyer) Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against the concept of background builds rather than made-up vehicles, but this is a situation where there are REAL vehicles in the scene.

Yeah, no way we get what would have to be a new mold when half the time we can't even get new prints.

If they have to invest in a new mold for Thanos' helmet, I hope it's for the bigfig!

Of course, the armor room description is missing, thanks to which we could know the actual list of minifigures ^^

these leaks always seem so uncoincidental :-D

Don't we have a picture of the armor room already? IIRC It's Iron Patriot, Pepper, Aldritch Killian, and iron man (don't remember which mark #)

We had a description before the image, which does not quite match what we saw, and the image is preliminary. I do not want to believe that we will not have the updated Prodigal Son

It seems a little strange to have the Civil War and Endgame sets releasing so close to each other if they're both going to have a form of Giant-Man as the most prominent build, also considering how much character overlap there is between them.

Cool to get a regular-sized Ant-Man again though

I think an Avengers Compound D2C is bound to happen in the next couple of years, with a mix of Civil War/Endgame minifigs, I wonder if they're holding out on making CW Hawkeye or Ronin until then

I dunno. The compound in and of itself isn't very iconic or interesting, at least not compared to the likes of Avengers Tower, Arkham Asylum, The Batcave or anything. I hope Asgard is prioritised as a D2C.

What would you expect an Asgard D2C set to be?

Asgard is huge. It would have to be microscale which doesnt seem too interesting and would lack minifigure. Even the main building isnt that interesting. Its just a pyramid of spires with rainbow bridge leading to it? Maybe Im lacking imagination but I cant see how an Asgard set would be good/interesting?

There are plenty in of sets with interiors at a different scale to the exterior.

Not sure how a pyramid of golden spires with a rainbow bridge is any less interesting than a large concrete compound.

Yeah Avengers compound isnt interesting either not even as a modular extension but I can visualize what people expect when they say that. When people mention wanting a D2C Asgard (which happens quite a bit on this forum) I never know what people are expecting realistically.

My hope is still that we get a revamped Helicarrier or that they delve into the Iron Man Malibu Mansion.

Personally would do it as two different sets.

One set would featuring a segment of the Rainbow bridge and a half-built Bifrost with the trans-clear Yggdrasil as the core of the display. It'd be based on the first film featuring Thor, Loki, Heimdall, Laufey (The Frost Giant) and Odin. The build would be like the 75352 but be less intricate.

One set would connect with the other set. It'd feature a castle-like building with a segment of the Rainbow Bridge. The figures would be Thor, Loki, Sif, Fandral, Hogun, Vostagg, Frigga, Jane Foster, Asgardian Soldier. It'd be in the same style of 43222.

You'd probably have additional cheaper sets so that some of the characters could be featured elsewhere such as:

  • Thor Vs The Destroyer featuring Thor, Jane and Sif
  • Thor: The Dark World featuring Jane, Thor, Loki, Malekith, Kurse, Fandral, Dark Elf

It's weird as we also had the buildable Ant-Man figure released around Ant-Man 3 so this'll be the third time we are getting a brick-built constraction figure of him.

Those Thor set ideas sound cool. They could definitely do a Destroyer set like the Surtur one.

I believe that the “Giant-Man” in the Endgame set is going to be a mech. If anything, the scales would have been more accurate if the mech and constraction figure switched sets.

A bit random, but I got the Iron Man mech with Ultron, and noticed something odd. Iron Man has the old head type, with no holes in the top stud, which makes sense given that it’s the same head from 2017. However, my Ultron minifigure also has that blocked stud, whereas other new for 2025 minifigures I’ve gotten all have the new two-holed mold.

When do you guys reckon we’ll hear more about the spider-verse CMF? I want to see whether the character roster is worth it not being DC S2 or Marvel S3.

Been thinking about the new Fantastic Four set in April and how much I dislike the bendy, extended arms Ms. Marvel had a few years ago. The new cable piece in the Dreamzzz sets plus the prosthetic hand the Astronomer Kid has in the new CMF Series 27 could make a fun alternative to the stretchy arms for Mr. Fantastic.

For both Marvel CMFs we've gotten thus far, the Minifigure lineup for each released around April, so I wouldn't stress until then.

Honestly, anytime now. CMF series are known for really early leaks—last year the D&D series got descriptions super early, and the picture leaked right after (I think it was at least half a year before their release date).

Watch them do absolutely nothing interesting with Mr. Fantastic, making him just a regular minifigure without any specialised pieces or accessories.

We had photos of the Space series in like November when they came out in May, genuinely could be any day now

You have a train to catch.

I don't know many Marvel movies, but the word 'train' has my interest totally peaked. In fact, wasn't that phrase used in the second Spiderman Movie (2004) during the train scene? Or am I crazy? (I would sell my soul for a remake of set 4855!)

Doesn't Doc Ock say that line directly to Spidey to get him off his tail after the bank robbery? I'll need to check...

EDIT: Yup! 3:27 in this clip:

So, if that is the scene we're talking about... A full set? A Marvel bookend, like the LoTR and Harry Potter one?

SHHH! Don't jinx it! We need a proper Marvel train! Hopefully with more than one car and with the ability to take a motor! (A guy can dream, right?)
