If the minifigures are straight repeats from No Way Home, I will be very underwhelmed. If they're updated, and the scene looks good - yippie! I'm also glad that they're going iconic scenes without feeling the need to make a multi-hundred dollar set out of it (cough Zelda cough Star Trek cough cough). I think Fisk Tower is possible as a third spider man D2C in like 2029, but they'd have to work in some other, more well-known locations into it, because without that it's a tower less well known than Oscorp or the bugle without much you can do in the interior. Agreed as far as likelihood for the 2025 slot. If Daredevil can make a splash in pop culture again, a Fisk Tower in a few years with Defender and Spidey-related figures would be excellent. Either way, though, the sales of each set are absolutely dependent on how well they do the building and figures. The Daily Bugle is an all-in-one Spider-Man experience. A hypothetical Oscorp has to deliver on that expectation while providing something fresh to collectors, which is possible to do given the wide variety Spidey’s villains offer. (Plus we still need a comic MJ. No excuses.) Fisk Tower can accomplish the same if they lean into the Daredevil/Spidey-adjacent side of Marvel Comics. 8 hours ago, psqidexslizer said: Exabricks posted a picture of Lego Mister Negative with 2025 on his channel. I think Fisk's biggest issues are going to be the connection to a TV-MA property and that he won't be a great tie in for Doomsday/secret wars. (As others have said, Castle Doom, the Baxter Building, Avengers Mansion, and Avengers Compound would all probably synergize better). But I could see him being the third spider-man modular in, like, 2029 if we get Oscorp soon. I agree and think at the end of the day they pretty much just need to be Bugles with different figure selections. Similar overall set archtype (because the bugle did incredibly well for lego) but different figure lineup and building depiction to ensure everyone who got the Bugle is up for seconds and thirds a few years later. And holy cow yeah how has it been this long since the last comic MJ? Is she with Lego Paul? Quote

For one thing, it’s Spider-Man and Spider-Man sells well. For another, this is, idk, something like the third year in a row where people here have been talking about Oscorp as a potential modular building. Lastly, it’s a villain lair with huge potential for easter eggs and play features. Just going off of the movies, Oscorp serves as the birthplace for Spiderman, Green Goblin, Doc Ock, Green Goblin II, The Lizard, Electro, Green Goblin yet again. You could seriously build a four story building just featuring labs where various characters got their powers in the movies. It serves as the lair for Green Goblin in three movies and multiple cartoon and comic series. It serves as the place where Spider-Man has fought The Lizard at the end of TASM. That’s a lot of scenes that can be made that people would be interested in having recreated in Lego, and I’ve barely scratched the surface. It would be so cool if 76321 is a direct remake of 4855 and includes the same 4 figs: Spiderman, Ock, Jameson, and a train driver. Jameson could have the same torso from the Bugle, but they could update his face so that he can use the Zane hair piece he had in the Lego sequence in ATSP. He could even have the 'Doc Ock still at large' paper that was remade for the Bugle! Just a thought Quote

That whole reason was weird to me "it'll confuse people to have multiple versions" but it doesn't for any other character? It's MJ specifically? I smell a Paul on lego's team. I agree and- and this is a complete tangent- to be honest, as much as I love the goblin, I don't think they've ever modernized his design well. The Raimi design is iconic but suffers from the inability to emote. The classic design is great and can still work in the comics sometimes, but I think the best modernization was NWH, and that's not very repeatable because it really relies on Willem Dafoe and how Goblin-like he can make his face look. 8 hours ago, JohnTPT17 said: That...
