All good. I'm kind of the same, although from a different perspective. I just love discussing things, but I know that sometimes I can come off as too headstrong.

As for the UT-AT, yeah, that's one of the rumours that the leakers are sure about (unlike the Turbo Rider, which is sometimes labelled as a Rebuild the Galaxy set). The price though... 150€ for 813 pieces. Quite awful.

But is the 327th battlepack sure ?

The rumour of Asajj Ventress and a potential armoured Obi-Wan coming with the V-19 does make that set quite a bit more interesting

It's a little strange that Ventress would get remade sooner than Dooku though, he's definitely the most overdue for a remake.

Would an Exegol set with a Jar of Snokes™ bridge the divide between Sequel Heads and Clone Bros?

Agreed about both points with Ventress (and Obi-Wan). Their inclusion, if true, is exciting, and it feels like it bodes well for including main characters for availability.

The lack of Dooku is wild, though. I wish they still made the duel sets, one between him and Yoda would be great.

LEGO should use Snoke heads underneath all of the Sith Troopers, thus implying that they are all Snoke. This is now my headcanon.

Honestly speaking, though, my hopes for an Exegol set have fallen since Sith Eternal Palpatine, presumably the most desirable minifigure, is getting released in a book.

One final note in general: I see the discussions about Luuke, and raise you: Bigger Luke.

Yeah, I think that one's also pretty set in stone.

The only one which we got conflicting rumours for was the Turbo Tank set.

Wait, the Turbo Tank could be an RTG set? *huh* They didn‘t even appear in the show! Well that sucks (if true), unless it comes with some interesting minifigs.

Season 2?

Wouldn’t it be funny if it turned out there was a universe before Bob’s. And survivors from that universe called Galen and Mara showed up in season 2.

Way off topic. @Lego Nostalgia @Mandalorianknight @THELEGOBATMAN and others, you are welcome to express your opinions, but we need to be able to have civil conversations. The last 3 pages have been pretty heated. Please agree to disagree without using hyperbole and straw-man arguments.

Btw, after finishing Skeleton Crew, I‘m really disappointed with SM-33 having been omitted from the Onyx Cinder. He‘s become one of my favourite droid characters and it looks like this was our one chance to get him :cry_sad:

Spoiler

KB re-attached the cables to his head and was holding it up to help fly the ship in one of the last scenes on the ship. Assuming there's a second season I have every reason to believe they'll bring him back.

Just enjoy what you enjoy and let others enjoy what they do. It ain‘t rocket science

Some people actually try to argue that Legends lore was more consistent. LEGENDS. Where they had like 5 conflicting stories how the DS plans were stolen and they haphazardly tried to make it make sense by claiming each party only stole a part of the plans :laugh_hard: Where authors killed each other’s creations out of spite. Where we had like 5 layers of canon in case of contradictions, which were a dime a dozen. Or the ridiculous super weapons that kept popping up. Or Luuke. Or Luke falling the dark side, wearing a silly evillllll Megamind-esque collar. Or Abeloth. Or the Vong. Or red Kyber crystals being artificial, meaning red lightsabers easily could have been mass-produced. Or letting authors with a Mandalorian fetish portray them as the best thing ever created and besting the Jedi in every way. Or having 50+ people survive Order 66.

Hey, I like the Vong!

This made me go down the rabbit hole of reading threads with the most ridiculous Legends lore.

Currently, I'm somewhere in-between Yuuzhan'tar (a sentient planet that just goes around the galaxy, accidentally created by a culture from another galaxy that uses organic spaceships) and the Sun Crusher (yet another superweapon, but this time it's basically invincible and can destroy whole star systems).

Of course, Palpatine has also somehow returned, but you won't see Disney Star Wars haters talking about it. Not to mention the whole ridiculous Skywalker / Solo family tree.

I think that the setting Disney chose for the Sequels is kind of bland, but I'm still glad it's not whatever Legends was even doing. There are some cool ideas, but as a whole, it's an incomprehensible mess that's a glorified fanfiction at best.

I kind of enjoy the insanity of it all though, but only because it's exactly what it's called—legends.

Oh and uh... Luuke Skywalker. I'm obsessed.

Hey, I like the Sunkiller!

But seriously, everyone likes different parts of SW media. Some of it is just how it hits you, some of it is nostalgia, some of it is just good media. I grew up with the EU so I really like some of those storylines. But not everyone does, that's ok. Others grew up with the ST. Like what you like and share why, but don't attack those who like something different from you. Unless you like The Crystal Star, that book was horrible. (Just kidding, if you like it please share why)

Mild Skeleton Crew finale spoiler ahead...

Spoiler

Would love to see a  B-Wing after they popped up in the Skeleton Crew finale. Feels like we haven't had a B-Wing in an age and Lego seem to like throwing OT vehicles out under other titles (e.g. Rogue One Y-Wing, Mandalorian AT-ST). Perfect chance for SM-33 to pop up as well!

Yeah, I’m not quite sure why he was omitted. I think he was used pretty openly in the trailers and everything. I really enjoyed Skeleton Crew so I’m hoping we can get some more sets out of it.

It would have required a new mold and they already did that for Neel so a second new mold was probably not in the budget.

@MKJoshA: I know SM-33

„survives“

, my fear is that we won‘t ever get more SC sets :sadnew:

Maybe? I gladly would‘ve sacrificed another new part for that, like Wooof‘s hat. SM-33 is now one of only three droid companions to get the shaft (the other two being L3-37 and Pip), but by far one of the coolest out of all of them in my opinion. He may even dethrone K2 for me!

Apparently SC has lower viewership than Acolyte, so, not good if you want more sets, plus not many are excited or talking about SC, it's sad that SW is in a place where a new project is just ignored but, it's sadly the reality

At least you got the main ship and I guess that pirate ship from Mando can work with it

I wonder why the Night Trooper BP is only coming out in June, the show was out in 2023 and not really a big hit, last year would have made sense, release it along with the Peridia set, it feels so strange releasing a set for a Disney plus show 2 years later, with a movie I'd understand but these shows aren't really popular if you think about it

Looking forward to it though, glad Lego went the extra mile with the Night Trooper and had a zombie head underneath the helmet, could have been lazy and made it a plain black head

Probably too soon for that. And having one of the two remaining playsets be based on RTG would be pretty disappointing, especially since the other already is a letdown from what we‘ve heard :shrug_oh_well:

Eh, I‘ll try to focus on the positives here. TIME TO BECOME A CLONE BRO

Honestly, while I'm not a huge fan of lego-original designs and sets, I wouldn't mind the RTG tank. I don't think a turbo tank can be effectively done at $50, and one that recognizes that and is deliberately chibi would probably be a better set than one pretending not to be midi-scale.

It's a weird area where I don't think I've met anyone who thinks Skeleton Crew was bad (I thought it was fine, I think it stumbled a bit in the finale. It's the only one of the live action shows where I think it was done well but just wasn't for me.)

Honestly the Snub Fighter works better as a Skeleton Crew set than a Mando one. (And was a pretty solid pickup at $3)

I mean it's the same with Andor, it's not bad, it's good, but no one watched it

well not a lot anyway

Will probably be forgotten about once it's done

You don't hear anyone talk about Kenobi or BOBF, same fate will happen here

I think Disney + shows made SW irrelevant and is just quantity over quality

People are just burnt out I guess

I think maybe 5 or 6 years without any SW projects would do more good than harm, get the excitement back up again

I wonder when we'll get images of the June wave

Where are you getting the snub fighter for $3???

I know it's probably just a typo but I actually am curious where people get deals on sets these days, it feels like I almost never see any sales in person and online is rarely more than 20% off on the sites I check, at least for SW.

What if on August 1st Lego said:”Turbo Tank, what a joke.” And instead decided to make another Buildable Glup Shitto?

Doesn't sound so bad considering a Turbo Tank at 50$ won't do it justice, 100$ is the minimum

Unless it‘s one of the smaller ones, like the one seen in Mando  That can now sadly be ruled out thanks to the RTG rumours, but it‘d be one way to do a TT at that price.

Or maybe the TT rumour was bogus all along and it‘s something else actually from the first season of RTG :shrug_oh_well: Gimme Jedi Palpy!
