SirNadroj Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 I present the crown jewel of the current TOYS army: the tank! (Original name, huh? ) Thanks. Quote
Inertia Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 Wow... That's an awesome looking tank, It looks quite futuristic, It seems to fit in well with the rest of the TOYS creations so far very nicely. Great Job Quote
Shoc Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 I detest tanks in real life because of what they are for, but Lego tanks almost always seem to look great. And this is wow! Bulky, but smooth, and an interesting colour! :skull: Quote
WhiteFang Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 This is one cute little toy tank. From the first glance, I thought it was a "real" toy tank. This theme is very surprising, and coming it from you certainly adds in lots of creativity into it. Look forward to see the rest of the TOYS. Quote
zero1312 Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 (edited) NIIIIICEEEEE!!!!! Where are the gears from? Edited August 4, 2008 by zero1312 Quote
Stauder Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 Where are the gears from? Old technic sets. Great work SirNadoj. I have been watching TOYS from the beggining, but never comented, until now. This is a truly great tank (ask you know I have a soft spot for anything that is armoured and kicks megablocks), the SNOT of it sure is interesting. The turret confuses me tough, can you show us a picture of one of the sides removed? Staudie. Quote
Scouty Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 Lovely. I hope this grows into a great theme. The tank is fun. Great job on it. The only problem I find is that you used bley. Quote
Jessica Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 Holly Hannah, that's awesome, I love the fact that it's twice the size of a minifig. Is there a possiblity to see what's inside? I wonder if you could put a full crew of minifigs into that. Quote
Lt. Col. Thok Posted August 8, 2008 Posted August 8, 2008 Very nicely done, it fits your subtheme idea perfectly. Can we see some more interior pics? Quote
Axle Posted August 8, 2008 Posted August 8, 2008 When I first saw it I immeadiatly thought "Takeshi's Castle ". Remember, in the last challenge? Looks like that to me! Well done! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Takeshi%27s_Castle Nice work! Quote
Siegfried Posted August 8, 2008 Posted August 8, 2008 Very cool! Now I know what you wanted them for! Does it roll though? Looking at the images (especially 4-77.jpg) the tracks look unhappy... Quote
