Hinckley Posted August 12, 2008 Posted August 12, 2008 Then who did? Because I don't even know how to get rid of it. That's the fun part: you can't get rid of it! Quote

Manta Posted August 13, 2008 Posted August 13, 2008 These would be useful for some sort of imperial army, but all my Stormies are headless and handless because I am making Dark elves ( black head black hands ). Wish I had known sooner. Quote
Dovchenko Posted August 13, 2008 Posted August 13, 2008 And nobody knows who does it. It just happens It's waiting for a snide comment LEGOscum... Quote

The Who Posted August 23, 2008 Posted August 23, 2008 (edited) I have a pair of standard goggles for a minifig, but in trans-medium blue. Wouldn't that be pretty rare? Edited August 23, 2008 by booger540 Quote
CopMike Posted August 23, 2008 Posted August 23, 2008 I have a pair of standard goggles for a minifig, but in trans-medium blue. Wouldn't that be pretty rare?My guess is that you have the trans-dark blue one and no, it's not rare.CopMike Quote
The Who Posted August 24, 2008 Posted August 24, 2008 (edited) Oh, thanks. I looked on bricklink, but didn't find them the first time. I haven't seen them in any sets either. (Got them at the ''build-a-fig'' thing in the Florida store) Edited August 24, 2008 by booger540 Quote
Dragonator Posted August 24, 2008 Posted August 24, 2008 Click on the pic for a cool Brickshelf Gallery of rare parts: Thanks for that Hinckley. This is the guy I made an order from, it should be arriving soon. He must have sold out of lots of those parts, as I didn't see many of them. I wouldn't have been able to afford it though, it's amazing how much things add up when you start buying 12 trans-clear spears and his last 4 trans-clear KK2 swords... I'll take a photo of my order when it arrives so you can all have something to drool over. Quote
KimT Posted August 24, 2008 Posted August 24, 2008 Here's my latest buy from one of those sellers. Not exactly a red Vader helmet, but it it a fine helmet and a pair of handy weapons, isn't it? Trans-clear weapons like these? Quote
The Crazy One Posted August 24, 2008 Posted August 24, 2008 Has anybody [like me luckily] found a shining gold See-threepio in last years sets, i assume they are rare. Quote
KimT Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 Has anybody [like me luckily] found a shining gold See-threepio in last years sets, i assume they are rare. As far as I know only about 9999 others have been so lucky. And yes, they're rare. Quote
Dragonator Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 Trans-clear weapons like these? Spot on. I even got one of those helmets too! I would have got more, but he only had one available at the time... It was probably good though, for my wallets sake. Quote
Skipper 24 Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 In the gallery you posted a link to hinckley it had a red plastic cape. Are those rare? I got them form old wolf pack castle sets. Quote
The Who Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 (edited) If it is a soft cloth cape, then no. They come with viking and castle stuff and star wars royal guards. Edited August 25, 2008 by booger540 Quote
JimBee Posted August 26, 2008 Posted August 26, 2008 Has anybody [like me luckily] found a shining gold See-threepio in last years sets, i assume they are rare. Yes, as KimT said, they are rare, randomly placed in 2007 Star Wars sets in America. Unfortunately, the U.S is the only country that got these, but I think Europeans had an opportunity to win one in a contest. Quote

I pretty sure they are. I have a black one. Here is another rare item I have just discovered! It was in a mere two sets! I love it!! EDIT: I also have two of these: I was lucky enough to get the Classic Adventurers set Spider's Secret when I was little, and still have most of the pieces to this day! Hinckley Posted August 28, 2008 Posted August 28, 2008 I think that's actually a Belville horse, but I might be wrong... You are right about being wrong! That's a system pony. Why would a Belville horse be smaller than a system horse? Sorry to make fun of you, I'm just having fun at your expense, that's all. Here's the Bricklink page on that pony piece... I just acquired that piece recently. A very nice French man found Belville set 6404 in a toy shop and sent me one. Quote

Isn't that a little Oxy-Moronic? That is a pretty cool piece though. Quote
VBBN Posted August 29, 2008 Posted August 29, 2008 Hmm, is a black exo-force takeshi hair piece rare? I will get a pic later. Quote
