daxflame680 Posted December 31, 2008 Posted December 31, 2008 I really want those sets. The Crusty Crab is a perfect hamburger restaurant chain for my tabletown (yep, I have the old one as well), and the ananas have plenty of orange parts for MOCing. It's the KRUSTY KRAB! THE KRUSTY KRAB!!! Quote
Justin Posted December 31, 2008 Posted December 31, 2008 It's the KRUSTY KRAB! THE KRUSTY KRAB!!! It was originally going to be called the Crusty Crab back when SpongeBob was going to be called SpongeBoy. SpongeBob creator Stephen Hillenburg thought K's were funnier than C's. I like the new SpongeBob sets. They may be minimalist, but that does not stop me from wanting to buy them. SpongeBob celebrates his 10th anniversary next summer, so that might have an effect on the sales of both sets and might prompt LEGO into making a special 10th anniversary set. SpongeBob first aired on Nickelodeon in the summer of 1999. Quote
Dennimator Posted January 2, 2009 Posted January 2, 2009 Hmmm...Ananas is pineapple in German, but he's from Sweden, so I don't know... Yeah, in Swedish too. I probably was a little confused at the time... Quote
Justin Posted January 2, 2009 Posted January 2, 2009 I was going to do a review of set 3834. I just don't have any idea why my pictures won't upload. Can someone help me? Quote
simonjedi Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 do you have a brickshelf/flikr/photobucket account? Quote
Derek Posted January 3, 2009 Author Posted January 3, 2009 When I upload pictures, I put them on Photobucket and then simply paste the IMG code in the thread. I think something like that would be your safest bet. Quote
Justin Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 do you have a brickshelf/flikr/photobucket account? Yes, I have a Flickr account. I go by the name of 'Sponge1987' on flickr. Quote
