I'm not sure if this is the right thread to post this on, and I'm not sure if any other members have posted this yet, but this is just in case.

The is also a very dismal shot of two of the new BIONICLE larger sets as well. It's a pity that the first picture I see of them is like that. :hmpf_bad:

I think the Y-Wing is cool! Now you finally can see how a Y-Wing looked back in the old days, when it still had a skin. Story tells the Rebels just hadn´t enough funds and the time to dismantle the hull for neccessary repairs. So they removed it almost completely. That´s why the Y-Wing we know from the movies looks so greebly.

I completely agree, but it doesn't look good in Lego

Has anybody seen this on brickset?

As a general rule don't use pictures scanned from the retailers' catalogue, particularly this early in the year when no other pictures have emerged of the summer '09 sets and LEGO want to keep them under wraps.

That said, Brickshelf and Flickr are awash with them. I'm not going to post any more links here but I'm sure if you look hard enough you'll find them for yourself.

I searched excessively, but i found nothing than the blurry prelim SW pics we already know. Did anybody have more luck?

I still haven't seen any scans of Space Police for Summer or Power Miners (or Lambourghini  ).

There have only been those blurry town pics, Star Wars pics and Bionicle pics so far.

Does nobody else find the new creator house quite ugly? It's a great model, but the colour scheme just doesn't please my eye. I think it's the red roof and blue shutters with the tan walls. I'll still end up buying it though

What I don't like is that with the hideous new shutter pieces, the windows on the house become 10 studs wide (including the span of the shutter.) They look silly and way out of scale.

Anything on new Racers? They let out 4 Tiny Turbos in cans, then later in the year they have usually two mega-pack sets like Bullet Run or Brick Street Customs. Anything new on that? :cry_happy: :cry_happy:

I think you shouldn't judge the set just yet. That picture is a preliminary model, meaning it's not the final version. Also, it's a computer generated image, not built with authentic bricks.

I'm not into the Creator-line to begin with, though, so I don't really care what the house ends up looking like.
