SlyOwl Posted August 22, 2008 Posted August 22, 2008 It's all over... Given the points allocation, --1st place -> 6 points --2nd place -> 4 points --3rd place -> 3 points --4th place -> 2 points --5th place -> 1 point The scores finish at: --SirNadroj -> 16 points --ricecracker -> 14 points --Wilhelm Screamer -> 8.5 points --~VBBN~ -> 8 points (Exobuilder dropped out) Which means that SirNadroj is the winner! Well played to the rest of the contestants too - it was a close run thing! Note to all contestants: You may create threads for all your MOCs now And would you - the audience - like to see another EB MOC Triathlon? If so, how could it be improved? It wouldn't be open to those who entered this time around Find the current rules here. What categories would you like to see? How could the rules be modified? Quote
VBBN Posted August 22, 2008 Posted August 22, 2008 Where has Exobuilder gone? Is he in a dark age because Exo-force ended? Come back Eb!! Quote
Asuka Posted August 22, 2008 Posted August 22, 2008 Congrats and party on! Um, party on I said...and please stop looking like that...it starts to scares me. Quote
Ricecracker Posted August 23, 2008 Posted August 23, 2008 congrats to everyone who entered! and a special congratulations to sirnadroj! @ Slyowl: i'd like to do it again! Quote
WhiteFang Posted August 23, 2008 Posted August 23, 2008 Congrats everyone for your efforts to keep up with this MOC Triathlon. Everyone of you has done very well. Slyowl, I hope to see such contest again. It's a real challenge, to do up these entries. Oh, to the overall winner, Congrats Sir Nadroj Quote
Zepher Posted August 23, 2008 Posted August 23, 2008 I thought it was a lovely idea, I'd be interested in another. I thought this idea was so terriffic that I somewhat used it on my more regularly visited site, CABG. I was going to have a Moc Olympics, but I liked the idea of having three challanges. Enough of that boring other site stuff. I'd love to see another and love to take part if possible. To way to improve, except possibly having a running theme through-out the challanges. Quote
SirNadroj Posted August 24, 2008 Posted August 24, 2008 Horray! Thanks everyone, and thanks to my fellow opponents! I'd like to see another contest like this, however, I think the categories shouldn't be so vague; I liked having the options, but it hard to stack a Fabuland MOC next to a City MOC next to a WWII MOC all in the same category. You know what I mean. And I think Cap'n SlyOwl deserves a BIG thank you for hosting the contest! Quote

I agree with you, Nadroj, the categories shouldn't be so vague. Quote
