[The Cobra]

First of all: M.O.L.P.E. means "My Own Lame Photo Editing".

This was inspired by something I once saw on eBay, where there's plenty of unwanted minifig costumization.

So, if Futuron was ever to come back, would you like the minifigs to look like these? Yes or no, and why?

I know there was a yellow minifig too, but I can't find a pic of a white helmet with yellow visor.

I think they'd come up with a newer shiney uniform if they did re-release Futuron...

I see them as the backbone of society. It is the guys from Futuron who make sure you got power for that radar dish, have supplies and only they will attempt to haul stuff around in the galaxy full of Spyrius, UFO and Blacktron.

I will post a new Futuron moonbase module, hopefully in this weekend, and with a teaser for another to clear up my view of the theme.

And to answer the original post. The full coloring of the legs and arms does not flow well with the torso printing. I see your idea, but I wouldn't use it as is. I would rather start slow with the crotch-section in the alternate colors.

I like those "joker-styled" minifigs. So yes, i would like it if they looked like that. The only thing is I cand find a direct reason why Futuron HQ would create such difficult-to-make outfits for their crews, I don't see NASA using this kind of uniforms any way soon.

BUt I like how they look, so my vote would be YES.

I prefer the classic look better. The classic look with a trans yellow visor is even better than that. I have come to hate figures with two different color arms and hands. Making one or two for yourself seems fine but moc value bottoms out when you need a dozen figure with the same color arms.

These are nice though. I am actually hoping a second futuron would keep the old patterns but add new colors like green, orange, or any of the sand colors.
