JimBee Posted September 1, 2008 Posted September 1, 2008 This is a little vig I made from Revenge of the Sith, after seeing it again. I thought Yoda throwing his lightsaber into a clone would be awesome if I made it into Lego. I also incorporated a lightsaber blocking a shot, which I have seen being used recently in Lego. So, without further ado, here it is: Obi-Wan Kenobi is blocking a shot from a clone. I attached the laser bolt to the gun using a bit of clay. The red hands on the blade are supposed to represent the shot bouncing off. Yoda is jumping on the Clone which he threw his lighsaber into. I particularly like this shot. Closeup of stabbed clone. And finally, a sky view. Your comments are welcome. Quote
Norrington Posted September 1, 2008 Posted September 1, 2008 Oh noes, they shot Yoda's hand! A good vig, but to nitpick, the Clone's blasters fire blue bolts. Quote
JimBee Posted September 1, 2008 Author Posted September 1, 2008 Oh noes, they shot Yoda's hand! A good vig, but to nitpick, the Clone's blasters fire blue bolts. It was just the way I used to hold Yoda and the bolt in place. Blue bolts!?! D'oh! Quote
KimT Posted September 1, 2008 Posted September 1, 2008 Erhm...why is the bolt coming out of the scope? Quote
Millacol88 Posted September 1, 2008 Posted September 1, 2008 Its a good vig, but it looks a little hectic with 4 figs on such a small base. also, it looks like Yoda is getting shot in the hand! Quote
jifel Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 nice vig, im not going to repeat all the other nitpicks, though i agree with them. i like the dark blues and reds on the floor, and the use of hands as rebound shots. jifel Quote
