I'll start off with " My friend gave me 'Charley's War' for a lend because he new I was into World War I Tanks, so I could get good views on it, I decided to build one!"

But, to annoy people I'll show the Lego Indy Tank first. It is the same as the one from the 'Warehouse' level in the game, well was, so I added sponsons and guns and it came out like this:

PICT0001.jpg

Smooth on top!

PICT0002.jpg

The side ith here. Looketh ateth iteth.

PICT0003.jpg

The back has a clip for a shovel, or something that I lost.

PICT0004.jpg

Interior, sorry for the blurriness.

PICT0009.jpg

Final shot, with all parts taken off.

Now, for the Mark I. I know it seems short. The tracks are made from plates.

PICT0010.jpg

Overall shot. It is hard to fill up some of the gaps.

PICT0011.jpg

Side with Sponson, looks a bit odd.

PICT0012.jpg

The back. I don't know why they had cartwheels, but I think it was for steering or something.

PICT0016.jpg

The top with hatch.

PICT0017.jpg

( Twist head to the left) Here is a look through the back door with the cameras light on, it's all a bit technical, know what I mean? (Anyone get that? Ahh, go read Charley's war then)

PICT0018.jpg

Topview of the interior. Only the engine is detailed, I haven't made the gun controls yet. We'll see the engine later.

PICT0021.jpg

Drivers.

PICT0022.jpg

Engines!

PICT0023.jpg

My God! A frying pan and car.. thing. Or it's a radio.

PICT0024.jpg

Another view of the side.

PICT0025.jpg

From Left to right, Steerer, Driver, Soldier, Soldier, Tank commander, German Driver, Colonel Vogel.

PICT0032.jpg

Size comparrison.

PICT0031.jpg

Finally, the tank is about to land in the trench. Menacing.

Thank you! I may build more WWI MOCS soon, my priority would be a biplane.

Hey Axle, this actually belongs in the Other Themes section. I'll move it there.

Your pictures are all really dark and have distracting backgrounds, which makes it hard to see the work you've put into your creations. There are a couple tutorials that might help you in the Tutorial Index

Sorry. It is late here though. I will take better ones in the morning. I thought it would belong in the history and adventure forum because it is world war 1.

Could you please put what the pictures describe above them? It would save me, and some other people a lot of confusion.

As for you MOCs.......Outstanding! I like the tanks. It would help if the pictures where brighter though.

BLAARGH!

PICT0001-1.jpg

Okay, It's time for better pictures. Only of the main tank, though.

First, the actual thing.

launch_mark_one_tank.jpg

Now, my one. For some reason, in this shot, it looks too short (As in Tall-Short, not Long, Short)

PICT0002-1.jpg

Here is a side view on the real, and on mine:

British_Mark_I_male_tank_Somme_25_September_1916.jpg

Now, mine. The sponson on mine doesn't have a door in it.

PICT0003-1.jpg

Another view of the side, more from the front.

PICT0004-1.jpg

Here is the back, with a small view inside.

PICT0005.jpg

The top, with hatch open.....

PICT0006.jpg

.....and Closed:

PICT0007.jpg

Here is the side without the armour:

PICT0008.jpg

Now, the inside of a real, and mine.

Real: text_tank.jpg

Mine, I'm aware of the small crew and undetailed inner parts.

PICT0009-1.jpg

Another view, you can see the drivers here.

PICT0010-1.jpg

The Crew, from left to right: Driver, steerer, Soldier, Soldier, Tank Commander.

PICT0012-1.jpg

Now, The men leading it on.

PICT0013.jpg

And we can see the drivers from outside here.

PICT0014.jpg

I hope these are better, but I can't get better ones of the other tank right now.

Thank you, please add C & C.

sorry I didn't see your post, I don't know why... and I have to say I really like your moc, really accurate to the real one, you even made the interior like the real one!!! I love the way you used droïd arms to make the hatch opens, And I loved the pictures you edited too makes it look like it was old! 11/10 for me !

btw, you'll be used that nobody comment your mocs, some of mine seems to be invisible :P ( or maybe just very baaad , so noone wants to comment, like the chariot in the castle & adventure section ^^ )

Tanks! (Bad Pun) Thanks for commenting!

Yeah, that usually happens to me too, when I post MOCs. Especially updates. I must take a look at your MOCs!
