All Clones have the more recent SW style LEGO blasters - I upgraded all the older style weaponry. Dr. S. Quote
WhiteFang Posted September 17, 2008 Posted September 17, 2008 This is a very impressive army of yours. Are you ready for inter-galaxy conquest? I am not sure what other Republic sets you are short of, as I am not very familar with all Star Wars Clone War sets era. From the look of it, it seemed you have got every one of them. Quote

Thanks, but I think there was a small vehicle that came with the Wookie Catamaran set that I don't have. Not sure. Dr. S. Quote
WhiteFang Posted September 17, 2008 Posted September 17, 2008 I believe you are referring to this set. Quote
KimT Posted September 17, 2008 Posted September 17, 2008 Nice display of power Dr.S Not only does Tabletown have a DS, they've got a clone army of their own as well. Quote
Oky Posted September 17, 2008 Posted September 17, 2008 (edited) Wow! Impressive army! Cool to see them all in one spot! Thanks, but I think there was a small vehicle that came with the Wookie Catamaran set that I don't have. Not sure.Dr. S. Yeah, I was just about to say that. Also, (if you have any) you could include the speederbike(s) and turret(s) from the clone BP as well. Edited September 17, 2008 by Oky Wan Kenobi Quote

Also, (if you have any) you could include the speederbike(s) and turret(s) from the clone BP as well. Yeah, I bought about 6 BPs and I've still got all the bits, but I chose to use the troops in an infantry capacity rather than all riding around on speeders and sitting in turrets. Dr. S. Nice display of power Dr.SNot only does Tabletown have a DS, they've got a clone army of their own as well. I've got a Droid army as well, but I don't think it's as well-equipped in terms of vehicles. It's got plenty of troops though. I might dig out all the sets one day and assemble it on the battlefield. Millacol88 Posted September 17, 2008 Posted September 17, 2008 Good army. How did you accumalate so many of the new clone wars clones so quickly? Quote
Doctor Sinister Posted September 17, 2008 Author Posted September 17, 2008 Good army. How did you accumalate so many of the new clone wars clones so quickly? It's an ancient tactic known as "spending far too much money". Seriously, I don't recommend it. Dr. S. Quote
JimBee Posted September 17, 2008 Posted September 17, 2008 Nice army. I think I have more CIS, though. Having two of each AT-TEs and RGSs must have been really expensive. I personally prefer one of each set, but cool army anyways. Like people have said before, it could use some Clone BPs, that transport from the Kashyyyk set, and also a Republic Cruiser. Quote
Lt. Col. Thok Posted September 17, 2008 Posted September 17, 2008 (edited) Very nice...but, no battle packs do I see (where is that pesky speeder?). You'll need next year's one to be complete... ~Thok, Ramblin' on!~ EDIT: I see we are a bit of a Guitar Hero, if you get what I mean, eh? Edited September 17, 2008 by Lt. Col. Thok Quote
Tacitus Posted September 17, 2008 Posted September 17, 2008 (edited) Pretty cool? Lucky you getting the clone tank. Out of curiosity, are there any differences between new and old versions of the AT-TE or the gunship? I had forgotten that there was another version of the AT-TE. There are two threads around here where you'll see that I did direct photo comparisons of each. Dr. S. Quote
Clonecommando007 Posted September 17, 2008 Posted September 17, 2008 Did you miss the Clone Battle Pack? But wow! That's a huge collection; you've almost got every single Republic Set! Your personal opinion: Do you like the new RGS better, or old? New AT-TE, or Old? Quote
Doctor Sinister Posted September 17, 2008 Author Posted September 17, 2008 Did you miss the Clone Battle Pack? As I said above, I have 6 of those but I chose not to use the speeders and turrets - most Clones don't ride around on vehicles (witness the battle scene at the end of SW episode II) - if I used all the Speeders I'd have no infantry. Dr. S. Quote
ptdapen Posted September 18, 2008 Posted September 18, 2008 I believe you do have every single vehicle, at least all of the very familiar ones. Perhaps you're missing the secret awesome mega mystery set, but that's beyond me. And I would take your army on... I have a gunship and a destroyed tank that's used as cover (it got destroyed to the point I couldn't really put it together, and I was too lazy to take it apart and start from scratch). I also have many clones, so they will show no fear. Oh, and plus they hijacked a droid army so they'll get their aid as well (I have mastered the way of the cheap). Anyways, I enjoyed your display, and you should continue collecting! Quote
Justin2224 Posted September 20, 2008 Posted September 20, 2008 Very nice. So, you are gonna add the Republic Attack Shuttle and Clone Walker Battle Pack? There is one thing not there, the Republic Cruiser. You should add it. Quote

Justin2224 Posted September 20, 2008 Posted September 20, 2008 (edited) It's got guns. And Republic Officers. So it would fit. I think you should also add the Jedi,a nd some of the other Republic allis. Wookies, Naboo, Ect. Edited September 20, 2008 by Justin2224 Quote
Snake...SNAKE...SNAAAAKE?! Posted September 22, 2008 Posted September 22, 2008 jEDI STAR FIGHTERS?!!!!!!!! they could be considered as well. also the speeder bikes in old AT-TE and the New Gunship Quote
SWMAN Posted September 22, 2008 Posted September 22, 2008 I have seen that MOC before. It is nice, but not a real set. Quote
KimT Posted September 23, 2008 Posted September 23, 2008 I have seen that MOC before. It is nice, but not a real set. What the?!?! Dr.S isn't a MOC, at least not the last time I checked. Are you drunk? Quote
Justin2224 Posted September 23, 2008 Posted September 23, 2008 Yah, I was thinkin' the same thing. SWMAN, what MOC are you talking to. And I think Dr. S is human, maybe Martian. But not LEGO, unless you're talking about the fig in his avie. That's LEGO. Quote

I think you should also add the Jedi,a nd some of the other Republic allis. Wookies, Naboo, Ect. I see where you are coming from, but I think I'll keep it as a pure Clone army - don't own the Republic ship and that predates the Clone Wars anyway. I might get one...I don't know now... Dr. S. jEDI STAR FIGHTERS?!!!!!!!!they could be considered as well. also the speeder bikes in old AT-TE and the New Gunship The speeders are already on board their respective vehicles in those photos. Jedi starfighters - yes, although I don't have them all as I was concentrating on Clone type stuff. Suddenly this is getting even more expensive! I used to religiously buy ALL SW sets as they came out, and then something terrible happened to me...children. Now I'm more selective. However if it is Clone related or any kind of Imperial set - I'll buy it. Rebel starfighters I'll also get without a thought, but I tend to be more reluctant on large sets that aren't related to the above. Remind me to show you my TIE fighter fleet one day. Dr. S. Quote
