Erdbeereis Posted October 1, 2008 Posted October 1, 2008 The only place I can get them is from S@H. None of the toy stores carry them. Once in a while around the holidays, my local Target will get them in though. It's quite frustrating. When I go to Germany on holiday, all of the toy stores there have them, so it must be different country to country. Quote
Shoc Posted October 1, 2008 Posted October 1, 2008 I can't find them anywhere in England. No, nor can I. What's the point of having a set designed specifically for cheap impulse buys when out shopping if they're not going to be available anywhere? Yeah, I don't think I've seen them in any shops (except Switzerland) but I got the Good Wizard off Shop @ Home a while ago. A bit silly that they're not in many shops though. :skull: Quote
UsernameMDM Posted October 1, 2008 Posted October 1, 2008 I've only seen a few City ones where I live in Texas. Wish I could get a couple of the Castle ones! Quote
Zarkan Posted October 1, 2008 Posted October 1, 2008 (edited) And thank gawd for that. The wizard is ok, but we don't need more than one, do we? The Orc/Troll Warrior is needed by the loads. So "wizzie out and orc in" is a great thing Except for those that live in areas where they've never even seen the wizard impulse at all, and didn't buy it off of shop at home yet. I can't recall even seeing it at the lego store I visited a month ago, and I'm not actually sure if it's even a US release. Edited October 1, 2008 by Grevious Quote

rriggs Posted October 2, 2008 Posted October 2, 2008 In the UK I havn't seen them outside the Lego store, though I havn't been to Toys R US for ages. Same here. All the other stores (TRU, Woolies, etc) just stock bigger sets - £7.99 upwards. French hypermarkets all seem to stock a good range of impulse sets. Cheers Rog Quote
The Cobra Posted October 9, 2008 Posted October 9, 2008 Searching Lego.com oroducts (english version) I've only been able to find the 3 Mars Mission Impulse sets, the two old castle sets and the Coast Guard Kayak. That means, 6/12 (and 2/4 of the newest). Still, all 12 sets seem to be available on S@H. Quote
