I just opened my Castle Advent Calendar. I'm missing two mini-sets completely and had another two sets twice. A few of them were in the wrong partitions - which I'm not overly fussed about, but children might be (?).

One of the missing sets is a Castle Spearman - so at least it wasn't a unique figure!

Wow, there seems a lot of mistakes happening around this calender, that's very strange. lready read in another thread (i think it was the new sets thread but i'm not sure) that somebody got 2 same knight figures instead of 2 different ones. But completely missing sets is really f***** up.

Edit: It was This Review Thread of the set.

Hmm, that is troubling indeed. I certainly hope that the one I have on the way to me from Germany isn't missing anything. If it were I wonder if they would even ship the missing parts to me as I live in the states and we won't be getting it here.

I just ordered 2 sets...I hope they fix the probs before they show next week. Doesn't sound like the probs are anything huge, but still...I've never had anything wrong with a Lego set and I don't wanna start now!

I too got two of the same figures* and none of the spear crownie and that happened in the two sets I ordered. And I just received my 7036 Dwarves' Mine yesterday and I'm missing two bricks with pin extension. Bummer! I'm not so lucky when it comes to Lego :) If the jester, maid or the witch was missing I'd surely phone TLG and ask for replacements.

I always contact Lego if even a single piece is missing. Not just because I want what I paid for, but also because they'll realize there's a problem and fix it more quickly.

I was about to order 2 castle advent sets today.

Think I'll still do, I think it's cheaper to replace the parts than to make the entire party come back and reproduce it.
