DoubleT Posted October 6, 2005 Posted October 6, 2005 Well Lego must have an deal with an Sticker company..... Quote
Beagle Posted October 6, 2005 Posted October 6, 2005 I'm sure it's just a cost issue.... stickers are probably cheaper than printing. On the up-side, if you really want those round tiles on the upper wings not to be stickers, you could just order a round orange tile off Bricklink and swap 'em out. It wouldn't be identical, i.e. it wouldn't have a grey rim around it.... but it would be pretty similar. Alas, no such luck with the orange dots on the main wing. Don't get me wrong, though... I hate stickers too. ;) Quote
Dino_Bot Posted October 7, 2005 Posted October 7, 2005 Too bad the V-Wings only come with the red heads...I was hoping they came with a complete AstroMech...So far the only AstroMech I have is the ARC's one. Quote
DoubleT Posted October 9, 2005 Posted October 9, 2005 Well Lego's sales pitch was once "Just Imagine"... So I guess we have to imagine the rest of the red R2... Quote
Vader Posted October 10, 2005 Posted October 10, 2005 Yes i guess so which is a shame but after all these years even the top of a droids head in whatever colour other than white is a welcome sight. Quote
MattZitron Posted October 10, 2005 Posted October 10, 2005 Yes i guess so which is a shame but after all these years even the top of a droids head in whatever colour other than white is a welcome sight. Try saying that 5 times in a row. Quote

The mechanic has a skateboarding helmet? That's a little strange. -The B-wing looks great but not really any reason to buy it. The old one was good enough for me. -Slave 1 is the best one of the three. The launcher thing isn't great, but the rest of the ship is nice. But it's too similar to Jango Fetts slave 1. -Tie intercepter is just another tie fighter. Only with curved wings. Graynar Quote
Sarg_Kulo Posted October 15, 2005 Posted October 15, 2005 Bloody hell I can't wait for that slave 1 *we need a drooling smiley* Quote

Deinonychus Posted October 26, 2005 Posted October 26, 2005 I was wondering if they'd ever get a second use out of that Jabba "mini" fig I'm seeing this set as something akin to the Sandcrawler...which is good, the Sandcrawler is an awesome set. Now let the speculation on the included Minifigs begin! Quote
ApophisV Posted October 26, 2005 Posted October 26, 2005 Now let the speculation on the included Minifigs begin! 100% sure: Artoo and C-3PO.... :| (as if we hadn't hundreds of them already... |-/ ) Quote

jonfett Posted October 26, 2005 Posted October 26, 2005 We could possibly get Bib Fortuna from Jabba's Message set. I doubt Lego would have spent thousands on a mold which was only to be used in a Quote

Dino_Bot Posted October 26, 2005 Posted October 26, 2005 Bloody Awesme! Sexy Leia (Kulo), Jedi Luke, Han in disguise, blind Han, Cheweh, Boba Fett, The two Droids, Max Rebo and his band (way cool). That's a lot of figs. I reckon It wouldn't have Han or Cheweh Or Boba (slave 1, remember?). Oh, and of course, the big man himself, Jubba da jut! Quote
Chuck Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 The first two Nick properties coming to life in brick form are "SpongeBob SquarePants" and the newest network hit, "Avatar: The Last Airbender," both rated in the network's top 10 for boys ages 6-11, according to A.C. Nielsen. Both lines will be available in August 2006. OH...MY...GOD... :oo Quote
Deinonychus Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 A little LEGO Sarlacc would rock pretty hard as an add on... Then I could have Minifig Boba Fett continually blast it apart and escape just to cheese off the anti-Expanded Universe purists :P Quote
The Middleman Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 Ok... figs for the sail barge will be: Jabba the Hutt Slave Leia Han Solo C-3PO But the prize by far..... A new Lando Calrissian. Quote
