Jipay Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 Another evidence that they want to end up with this model :'( Quote
The Middleman Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 It's a great piece of LEGO history, marking the end of old grays. I'm glad I got it. Now we have the Death Star II to mark the beginning of new grays. Besides, it's been out for years, everyone's had time to buy one. ;) Quote
Jipay Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 Not me :/ And believe me, not everybody who wanted have it. We have so many sets to choose from and so few money :'( Quote
Jipay Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 They could have made mistakes on the annoucement as well as mistyped the stuff. Mark my words :-D Quote

yoda601 Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 We want uncle Owen or a Jawa... NOT another Luke, especially if it's in peach :f) = *sick* Quote
xwingyoda Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 Unfortunatly, I doubt it will be uncle Owen because there is only one male minifig. Please give us the uncle & aunt or Jawas BUT NO PEACH LUKE *devil* Quote
jonfett Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 I think that it is quite likely for it to be Luke, as I don't expect Lego will release a set with only minor characters in. They usually put at least one main character in and that should be Luke. Jon. Quote
Bricks0937 Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 its most likely luke since he's one of the only characters from the original trilogy that they havent made in skin-tone yet. the other main characters come skin-toned in the 4504 millenium falcon. Quote
Vader Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 Yippy yet another luke :| how i cant wait to add him to my collection *sick* Quote
mahjqa Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 Yippy yet another luke :| how i cant wait to add him to my collection *sick* Well, it's the same as with the spiderman sets. Every one of them comes with a little spideyfig since a set has to have one, and if you complete your collection you're stuck with 8 spideys. Unfortunate, but nothing that can really be changed. sam89 Posted February 27, 2005 Author Posted February 27, 2005 I wouldn't mind a peach Luke, but I'd prefer a new fig like Uncle Owen. But at least we're getting Jawas and new droids :-D Quote
MattZitron Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 Coming 2007 = BIGGS DARKLIGHTER and Tosche station! Quote

But at least we're getting Jawas and new droids :-D OK, if we have a peach Luke ( *sick* ) it will stay hidden somewhere!!!!! At least we're having Jawas and new droids (they still had to put R2D2 and C3PO, how many of them do we have?) At least, they could do a spacial "golden" C3PO & a "silver" R2D2. Quote

sam89 Posted February 27, 2005 Author Posted February 27, 2005 That would be pretty cool. But I doubt Lego would do it. Quote
xwingyoda Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 That would be pretty cool. But I doubt Lego would do it. Why not?!! I'm sick of having a dozen R2D2s :-D A little change would be nice!!!! Quote

You have to remember Jake is completely pointless 95% of the time. Quote
sam89 Posted February 27, 2005 Author Posted February 27, 2005 Well I suppose he could confirm whether there are 12 sets coming out, or whether it's just a typo. He doesn't have to name the sets, just tell us whether the press release is right. Quote

sam89 Posted February 27, 2005 Author Posted February 27, 2005 most likely, but there's no harm in asking ;) Quote
