November 9, 200816 yr I would be very interested in giving this a go, although I am not all that experienced in caste building Come join! I don't have experience in building that much at all! Erdbeereis1, your bakery looks great! Same with your joke shop, Thrash. It's very errmm... colorful? I have been busy studying for tests, so I haven't had much time to build. ~Pickerel

It might just be that I am missing the blatentley obvious but I don't really understand where exactly you join
November 9, 200816 yr Thanks but when you say come and join what exactly do you mean. It might just be that I am missing the blatentley obvious but I don't really understand where exactly you join Just say "Can I join your build, please?" in this thread and you'll be part of it! Then you can choose any of the buildings on the first post (even if they're already being built, or even have been built by multiple people) and start building! Simple, isn't it? leg godt, ~Pickerel
November 9, 200816 yr ISC, do you mind changing my name from "Erbeereis1" to "Erdbeereis1"? I'm assuming it was just a typo. I guess since Thrash already made the jester's joke shop, you can take my name off for that one...
November 9, 200816 yr I guess since Thrash already made the jester's joke shop, you can take my name off for that one... Sorry Erdbeereis I was just trying to build one that would use pretty unique bricks so that I didn't have to take any of my others apart to build it. I didn't think to check the list to make sure you weren't already doing it! My feelings won't be hurt if you build one too and then we let the community decide which one to use. If everyone really likes both, maybe both of them can be in the final product! After all, it is really easy to just add a few modules in... In other news, I just finished my Troll Embassy! Head on over to the Beta Group Thread for more pictures. And a few shots of multiple modules together: Hope you guys like it! ~Thrash Edited November 9, 200816 yr by Thrash
November 9, 200816 yr That's all right Thrash, I may still build one, but I'll work on something else first. I'll check out the list and then decide. Your troll embassy is wonderful! Your a EBCCB machine!
November 9, 200816 yr Please can I join! I would love to build advenurers guild first and sure some more thing later! Im planning to build my own village too, inspired by the new castle set.
November 9, 200816 yr I would like to join! Can I please do the treasure room? Also, how big is the baseplate the treasure room are going to be built on?
November 9, 200816 yr So far so wall... That's a great looking wall Buttons, but if it's the outside wall I don't think it's going to work. The only requirements that we really have for each module are: 1. It must fit on a 16x16 base plate (unless otherwise shown on the layout in the original post) 2. The outside wall must meet the requirements set forth in the original post We don't make these requirements to stunt creativity. Instead, these requirements are the bare minimum that we need so that all of the creations can easily fit together in the end and look great. Other than that, be as creative as you want! ~Thrash Edited November 9, 200816 yr by Thrash
November 9, 200816 yr Can I build the Armory? I dont think anyone is doing it. Also, when we have finished, we just post pics, right? jifel
November 9, 200816 yr Can I please do the treasure room? Also, how big is the baseplate the treasure room are going to be built on? Sure. On the layout, the treasury was made to be 16x32 with a 8x32 hallway outside, but you could also make it 16x16 and 8x16, respectively. Whichever you think would work better. For a look at the hallway and overall look of the rooms of the keep, you might want to check out Sandy's princess chamber. Can I build the Armory?I dont think anyone is doing it. Also, when we have finished, we just post pics, right? Sure. Anyone can build anything, even if someone else has already built it. When you're done, you just post pictures. I'm not sure what the final verdict is, but we've considered having each person make some picture-instructions of how to build each of their creations. That way we will be able to recreate all of them (if we can't physically get the together) for a convention or something. ISC, perhaps since there's such a growing interest you should make explicit guidelines for joining and building in the first post. Also, it looks like people are wanting to build the rooms in the keep, so maybe you should update the first post with the layout for the keep. I posted the layout with a new corresponding list a while back. ~Thrash Edited November 9, 200816 yr by Thrash
November 9, 200816 yr Thanks, Thrash! I am about to go get started, but what are the Alpha/Beta threads, and how do you know where to go? jifel
November 9, 200816 yr The frontpage post really stirred up some interest didn't it! To all of the new people that are interested: If you are doing one of the outer buildings, the requirements are all on the first post of the thread. ================================================================= As for the keep modules, perhaps we should update the first page with the keep's requirements. Jifel, I Scream Clone will put you on one of the teams. You can go ahead and start building now though.

November 9, 200816 yr I'd like to join the build! For my first MOC, I've done a Falconer. I put pictures of it up in the Alpha thread (I guess that's the team I'll be on). Enjoy! Edited November 9, 200816 yr by Lalande
