Posted October 11, 200816 yr Hey! I thought it might be interesting to hear the stories of all of our sigfigs, where they come from etc. So without further ado, Captain Zuloo Sometimes known as the "Phes Hunter" or the "Pirate Swamper" or more uncommonly, "Lord Admiral Wannabe", Captain Zuloo is the commander of the Brickish 22-gun frigate, HMS Grandeur. He was born at sea while his poor widowed mother was being forced off of the edge of a plank into shark infested waters by pirates. No-one however noticed him drop down and grab hold of the underside of the plank until the victim had fallen. He then found a hiding spot under a bag of spare shakos and hid there until the ship reached England where he realised the profits the shakos could make for him. So he grabbed the bag and jumped over the side of the ship onto the bustling docks where he made a vow to hunt down any minifig who called himself pirate to avenge his mother. After a lengthy walk, he found the Garrison, and offered the shakos for a position as captain of a ship to the admiral, where he was officially given the Grandeur to do with as he pleased. Ever since, he has been trying to track down the likes of the infamous Mister Phes, ImperialShadows, pickle phred and Captain Green Hair. During his long voyages he has been making brickfilms starring in a few himself. Now a famous director and film star, Captain Zuloo visits Classic-Pirates.com reguarly to grab what news he can of his counterparts. Now what's your story... October 11, 200816 yr Author Captain Green Hair is a menace isn't he! My vote is we throw him overboard. And Zorro, are all those translations accurate? Because that is very interesting where you got your name from. Edited October 11, 200816 yr by Captain Zuloo
October 11, 200816 yr And Zorro, are all those translations accurate? Because that is very interesting where you got your name from. Yup, 100% accurate, but I think I didn't explain it as I should have... What I meant was: (made simple) = Spanish: El Zorro = Dutch: De Vos (my name is Dieter De Vos) = English: The Fox Captain Green Hair is a menace isn't he! What did that croocked slave-trader do this time?
October 11, 200816 yr Author Yup, 100% accurate, but I think I didn't explain it as I should have... What I meant was: (made simple) = Spanish: El Zorro = Dutch: De Vos (my name is Dieter De Vos) = English: The Fox That's very interesting and - scary! What did that croocked slave-trader do this time? According to Claus von Nassau, Captain Green Hair attacked and looted his ship off of Cape Brickhope.
October 11, 200816 yr That's very interesting and - scary!According to Claus von Nassau, Captain Green Hair attacked and looted his ship off of Cape Brickhope. ARRR...then lets get him back for that! I know how Claus von Nassau feels like now, Captain Green Hair once took my wife and sold her for 5 USD to an Arabian Sjah... I am certain I could have gotten twice that amount for her . We will combine our fleets near Cape Brickhope and see if there is anything left to rescue...and else we still can punish Captain Green Weed ! err...Green Hair that must be . BTW I think my nickname is cool...hehehe

October 12, 200816 yr Well sort of. We were kind of looking more for a breif entertaining ficticious story though. And what do you mean by "appeared in one of my films"? quite exactaly as stated, both of the charachters apeared in the award wining Nobeard's Map
October 13, 200816 yr Author quite exactaly as stated, both of the charachters apeared in the award wining Nobeard's Map But why do you specify that it's your film?
October 13, 200816 yr But why do you specify that it's your film? Because he maybe made that film?? or a wrong choice/use of words, and he means he has a film where we can see Captain Nobeard.
October 13, 200816 yr Author Because he maybe made that film?? or a wrong choice/use of words, and he means he has a film where we can see Captain Nobeard. Well it could be just a misuse of words, but if it is a film you made, please let us know.
October 13, 200816 yr My Sigfig was born in ireland then joined the british navy and worked up to captain. But on a voyage through the carribein he was attacked by the french, then the spanish! His crew blamed him for these attacks and mutnied him on a small isle, but luckily some of his crew disagreed and they where sent with the captain. They made freinds with the natives made a small colony, then taught them his ways and how to build houses and make clothing. So he now is fighting ageinst the british, french and spanish. He welcomes pirates and natives to his town for trade and has a strong armoury and has trained mercenerys to fight for him. October 13, 200816 yr (Thank you ZCerberus for the Pic) The Evil Captain Phred has been all over. I've stolen Lando Calrissian's shirt from when he was on tatooine, took Johny Thunder's Hat, took pants from a Wookie (just don't ask ), stole a plum from an Imperial Admiral, and took Captain Redbeard's Epauletts. Since my adventures have started: I've gotten rid of my cape (after watching the Incredibles), and i've taken a clone brick sword from some Mega-Block at the Mulberry Coffee Shop. Edit by Phred: Yup, 100% accurate, but I think I didn't explain it as I should have... What I meant was: (made simple) = Spanish: El Zorro = Dutch: De Vos (my name is Dieter De Vos) = English: The Fox I didn't know that the name of Zorro is so in depth! Thanx for sharing this info... eh Zorro One of the othe charchaters is Tater, named for his love of po-taters, he has a hook, and pegleg, is a cook, and can never row strait. Is this the sort of stuff you're looking for? I think you're talking about Long John Silver mate.
