Captain Zuloo Posted October 25, 2008 Posted October 25, 2008 Nothing to do with LEGO here, but does anyone know of any endangered plants in Nepal? I need to find at least one, and I was on the net for a few hours and didn't find a single one! Any ideas? Thanks Quote
Thomas B. Posted October 26, 2008 Posted October 26, 2008 What? What a strange question. Why do you need to know? Quote

Alice Posted October 26, 2008 Posted October 26, 2008 Perhaps you could go to the library and do some research from scholarly journals and books. If you really want to do some research, I would suggest that you go to your local library and see if you can find this book as it seems to be the main resource for most online sources. Also, this website might be useful (click the conservation link at the top). That link will tell you a good bit about the conservation efforts in Nepal and name several of the endangered and threatened species of plant life. Do a search at google for either: endangered plants nepal OR endangered plant life nepal. This should give you results. Quote
Siegfried Posted October 26, 2008 Posted October 26, 2008 Do a search at google for either: endangered plants nepal OR endangered plant life nepal. This should give you results. Yes, that's how I found my link. I did "endangered plants nepal". Remember the old saying Captain Zuloo; Google is your friend. Quote

But that's really strange. A friend and I spent at least 3 hours on indervidual computers sludging through google (and Eurobricks) but we couldn't find anything of use. But thanks anyway for these links guys. They helped trumendously! Quote
Hinckley Posted October 26, 2008 Posted October 26, 2008 I had to do a report on nuclear physics once and Eurobricks was no help at all. Stupid Eurobricks. Quote

They helped trumendously! It took me five minutes and one search. The hardest part was making a good link; that darn site uses frames... I'm glad that we helped though.
