What if Mustafa's stall is unique to this particular mafia game...of life? Perhaps Tiny Pius God allows certain players to purchase items from the store during odd-numbered days and that's how they get their night actions? We should be careful of who bought that broom and be careful of who might buy that cauldron. The axe is very discomforting as well...

Now this is an interesting theory, and it would be even more interesting if it turns out to be correct. If this is the case, then we could find some good clues as to who is up to no good at night...

Where are Sabrina and Cassandra? Since we haven't heard from Cassandra, perhaps she has something to hide...and if she hasn't been around, perhaps that's why the night was uneventful... :look: She or Sabrina could be witches with night actions who since they aren't participating...in the game of life, of course...nothing is happening during the night time. Perhaps if they don't speak for themselves soon, we should vote one off and ask Quarryman to kill the other...

As unfortunate as it might be, this may end up being the only logical thing to do, although I don't like the risk we would be taking. Still, better to do something than nothing I guess. As Cassandra is here, I would like to hear a bit more from her before making any decisions. I find it suspicious that she looked at all he paintings without even making any useful comments, possibly to try and distract us? I don't know, but there is something not right going on with that woman. As for Sabrina, if she's not going to help in our investigation, then I guess we may as well get rid of her. You never know, we might get lucky, and it gives Miguel a chance to prove that he is telling the truth about himself. Then again, I don't see how killing someone will prove he is a citizen. Inquisitor, could you please explain your plan again, I don't quite understand.

Cassandra also said that Mustafa and Sabrina sent the night together on the first night. Is this accurate, or just annoying ramblings?

As far as I know, she did not spend the night at my house, I was alone. That's what I remember, and God hasn't told me otherwise. She did keep trying to convince me to take her home though, perhaps she was plotting something, I really haven't a clue. :sceptic: It could be important, but then, we haven't heard from her in 2 days, so I don't know what to think.

Now, we have seen some interesting developments today. It is good that we are looking at this clue we got in day 1, and I think we might be getting somewhere with it. Cassandra hasn't done to well so far on standing up to the question, however Sabrina hasn't confirmed nor denied any of the accusations yet, so I don't really know where to go with this. I'm also undecided about John. He appears good, but we should look into things a little more I think. As we learnt yesterday, people can appear to be innocent even after they have been condemned, but it could easily all be a deception. We have done well so far, let us try not to make any mistakes now. Let us learn as much as possible before we come to a decision.

First of all I would like to say Damn you bernard!, Damn you!, Great so now everyone thinks because of bernard that I and anyone else can pretend like that? :hmpf_bad: [Well Im sure others can but anyway]

Look feel free to do ANYTHING search my house do whatever investigate me :sing: [Are there non-painful ways? :look: ] But investigating me would waste your time but hey if I have to clear my name then whatever. :hmpf_bad:

Realising that they had forgotten to have lunch yesterday in the midst of wild accusations, the town of Azufre decided to have it now.

Fernando returned to his dwelling, enjoying a red hot poker cooked pie. Charles and Joan headed home, once again followed by Philip and Elisa. Gustav settled down at the farm.

Christopher and Henry patrolled the streets, swords at the ready, ever-vigilant.

Martinus opened up his bakery to welcome the hungry John and Sabrina.

Once again at the church were Alexander and Isabella.

Mustafa returned to his stall at the market, which today had attracted a large crowd - Hernan, Miguel, Cassandra and Sergio were all there.

Ah, that was a satisfying lunch. Well, lets get back to business.

Fernando returned to his dwelling, enjoying a red hot poker cooked pie. Charles and Joan headed home, once again followed by Philip and Elisa. Gustav settled down at the farm.

This just wreaks of something between Joan and Philip, or maybe Joan and Elisa. They're all connected in one way or another, at least. However, I'm not sure how heresy comes into play. I'm not sure what to comment on Gustav, and all I can say is that I enjoyed my pie! Good job, informant.

Christopher and Henry patrolled the streets, swords at the ready, ever-vigilant.

Looks like the soldiers where doing there job. Well, perhaps not Sergio, but I'll get on the subject later on. No suspicions here, unless they're both heretics which I find unlikely.

Martinus opened up his bakery to welcome the hungry John and Sabrina.

Ah, so the two patrons of Mustafa's store are now going to the bakery. I'll need to evaluate everything John has said, because in all honesty I've been thinking about other suspects. We really need to hear from Sabrina, but something tells me she may come into play in this game.. of life if God makes her.

Once again at the church were Alexander and Isabella.

There may be something going on between them, but I am unsure what. Isabella has not said much in her defense, mainly because no one has really given her the finger of suspicion. Someone please clarify if she was at the church last time.

Mustafa returned to his stall at the market, which today had attracted a large crowd - Hernan, Miguel, Cassandra and Sergio were all there.

Now this is the most interesting of all the lunch time events. Of course Mustafa needs to manage his stall, but lets look at the patrons.

Hernan: I've already stated my suspicions about him. Revising it, I think he might be the "role blocker", or the one who keeps people from doing what they have to do. As stated before, he was very eager to get everyone to reveal their roles in this game... of life. He wanted to know the guard and the torturer. My informant was denied the privilege of beating the crap out of people at night, so I'm still keeping a close eye on Hernan. I'd like to hear other people's opinion.

Miguel: I think its quite obvious what he's going to buy. Gunpowder, so he can use his musket to kill somebody at night. We should decide soon who to kill for the test of loyalty, but who is the best question. I have no ideas on that regard, since it is very risky.

Cassandra: Going back to buy more stuff, are we? Going to buy some "carrots"? Well there are bananas, so I suppose you could be looking for those. But I would like to investigate further into your buying habits, but more on that later.

Sergio: Simply guarding the stall from thieves, are ye? I am almost sure you would buy something, and well.. I'd like to hear more about it! My mind is blank about you as well..

That about sums up my short investigations, and perhaps I will be able to do a better job when I'm not distracted by pie. And Mustafa, where is that list of what everyone bought? And... where are the portraits?! Visual representation helps me think.

Or Charles and Philip, the megabloks starer... *gives both a wary eye*

We really need to hear from Sabrina, but something tells me she may come into play in this game.. of life if God makes her.

On the first day, we were told that the bakery received no business at lunch, as I recall, and the three shoppers were over at Mustafa's. Now 2 of them are at the bakery. Plotting something? I wonder how their voting and accusation histories would look...

There may be something going on between them, but I am unsure what. Isabella has not said much in her defense, mainly because no one has really given her the finger of suspicion. Someone please clarify if she was at the church last time.

Which one is Isabella? Seriously, has she said anything? I hear of people going to the church, but I don't see them, I don't get their donations in the poor box, I don't even get to hear their confessions. It's like being an internet preacher or something. Whatever that is.

Hernan: I've already stated my suspicions about him. Revising it, I think he might be the "role blocker", or the one who keeps people from doing what they have to do. Agreed., though honestly, I think we're all a little curious to know what the others are doing in the night, so it could be simply that.

Miguel: I think its quite obvious what he's going to buy. Gunpowder, so he can use his musket to kill somebody at night. We should decide soon who to kill for the test of loyalty, but who is the best question. I have no ideas on that regard, since it is very risky.

I'm a little curious why she was going to buy carrots to make an apple pie... She seems confused, confusing, or maybe that's her plan...

Miguel: You're probably low down there, but perhaps you followed the suggestion that if there was a vigilante that they should not murder last night. Its just a possibility in my book.

Yes, I did follow that suggestion. I was going to mention that earlier, but I forgot.

Im just an overly confused person..Its not my fault. Well maybe it is because isnt that smart to get apples and carrots mixed up.

Lets hope Mustafa keeps better records, and actually puts down who bought what.

.......

Yes I was guarding the stall from thieves and I was about to buy a scimitar....but I couldn't because it was too expensive...stupid prices.... :hmpf_bad: I wanted to update my sword. So all in all I was just guarding the stall and I didn't buy anything. Hernan, Miguel, Cassandra should be able to back up my story, unless of course they didn't see me....

Oh, come on! I live right next to Joan and Charles, and Elisa is Joan's maid. It makes sense that we shoud be walking back in the form of a group (of sorts)! Besides, even then, you are missing all of the options! We must look into everybody, inluding ourselves. By the way, I am, for the last time, NOT GAY!!!!!! So shut your megablocking traps, because it is not funny. I seriously hope that Charles isn't gay, and I doubt that Elisa or Joan are gay.

Now, on to today's events:

1. Fernardo eating a pie.... cooked with a poker. That is not isn't? eh? suspicious. Part two: Explained. Gustav's part: Hmmm.... what were you doing at the farm? Were you milking cows? Feeding the hens? Discovering that you have superhuman strength and speed and have the ability to shoot beams of heat from your eyes? Warshiping the devil with a game of PRISONER'S BASE?

2. Good job guys- you're better than that filthy Sorry-Growth. BTW, which of you aided the priest? I didn't catch that.

3. John and Sabrina at Marinut's bakery... the tenacious trio. Or perhaps the devilish duo. Or the overprotective one. Either way, either you were doing nothing out of the ordinary, discussing witch/heretic buisness or... stuff.

4. Alexander and Isabella... what's up with you two?

5. Why, Mustafa! It seems that everyone is crazy about your cauldrons and witch hats. How about you guys explain?

VOTE: Mustafa

I must say that the things he is selling are quite suspicious. Even if he himself is not a heretic, he seems to be suppying the witches with goods. If we cut him off now, the witches will not be able to purchase magical supplies to harm you innocent townsfolk.

-Henry

P.S.- @ Mustafa- that witch hat and cauldron at the stand isn't helping your case...

VOTE: Mustafa

I find that rather hasty. We've seen a supplier bringing those items into town. He brings them to Mustafa. If Mustafa is not there, who knows whose hands those will fall into. Another merchant was killed and found to be a heretic. I highly doubt that both of our merchants are heretics...

Now, to focus a vote in a more logical manner, I will vote: Sabrina/alexrider7 because I believe enough people find her suspicious, we have some evidence towards her and she has not been seen. Altogether I think she is our strongest lead...

Well once again defending an innocent soul :hmpf_bad:

Vote: Henry/darthperson[8  ]

And guess what? Yup its gona stay till ya unvote him! :hmpf_bad:

I would vote for Sabrina, But seeing as she has no chance to defend herself I wont.

[OCC: Seriously can TPRU please get someone else to play Sabrina, I think shes a good character that could decide the course of the game and ISC not playing, Which sucked but now no one is at all... :hmpf_bad: ]

Oh boy this is the time of day then everyone explodes with their opinions.. :sing: [And votes]

Well I personally want to hear Sabrina's side of the story. So im voting for Henry, mainly because he's being a jackass and probable trying to divert attention away from himself and not responding to accusations that he's a roleblocker.....IMO anyway...And by voting for a man without much [none] proof

I thought of this, but now there's pressure on both, so let's see what happens and how other people vote. I am suspicious of Henry because of his last post but we have more evidence pointing towards Sabrina. The one time she did stop by was just to say hi and welcome us to her new puppet master in the discussion thread an odd dream. Perhaps she thinks her best best is flying under the radar...again, whatever that is.

Yes maybe. Im sticking with my vote of henry, Because he edited something he said....Maybe he revealed to much and realised it and edited it before we saw it? :oh3:

Has this one been possessed by a demon or something? Of course none of us are gay, how could anyone in a town threatened by witches be happy enough to constitute gay? Well, I guess the witches might be. Hey everyone, the witches are gay! Is that a clue?

I think it's a little predictable, but I see some validity in the argument. Plus, idle hands are the devil's playthings, and this one hasn't been participating, so ...

Vote: Sabrina / alexrider7

Hey Charles, Philip seems a bit depressed and defensive. Any idea what's wrong?

She doth seem suspicious to mine eyes as well! I shall Vote: Sabrina/alexrider7, for she is a witch!

Now now, people. Think about what God will do if Sabrina continues to have idle hands? She'll have a change in mind set.... and she will start playing her role in this game... of life. Do not be so hasty because soon God will force her to speak, by either changing her soul.. wait what? Or reminding her that she needs to speak... cough..

Also, I think we should caution ourselves from persecuting Henry. There's been a pattern of people with important roles being blatantly stupid and bringing suspicion to themselves. Yes, that includes you Martinus... you make good pie and do well at beating people, but I still think you are dumber then my horse. Say, where is my horse? I haven't seen it for a long time...

Oh, I wish I could let my suspicions about Hernan go down... but I cannot! Let him defend himself against my accusations... for surely he isn't inactive in this game... of life. If he continues to be silent, I will have to threaten him with my vote...

I would not vote Sabrina, She said she will be talking as soon as we finish lunch :classic: [Which BTW is very nice martinus  ]

Im still sticking with my vote of henry, Like my vote against isabella I hope this has the same effect. :sceptic::hmpf_bad:Also since you now know Sabrina is going to start talking again [Maybe she had a sore throat or was sick?] You could unvote her. Im just trying to be fair and not get anyone killed without proper proof.

Martini lunch? Count me in! Oh, wait... Martinus. Well, whatever. Give me some of that garlic bread that Azufre is so famous for.

As for Sabrina... she'd better be talking or she'll be walking.

Also since you now know Sabrina is going to start talking again [Maybe she had a sore throat or was sick?] You could unvote her. Im just trying to be fair and not get anyone killed without proper proof.

We get it. We heard you the first time. Doesn't mean we're quite ready to change our votes, though. Let's hear what she has to say, 3 votes won't condemn her, but if she doesn't have something good to say, it won't stop at 3.

Posted

Well it looks like the voting has started, so it is time we started looking at what has been said to hopefully come to a decision. Here is my summary.

At the moment, we have three people of major suspicion, John, Cassandra, and Sabrina. This is because of them being in my stall at the same time as suspicious items were bought. Of the three, Sabrina has in no way attempted to defend herself against the accusations made against her, although it is likely she may start talking in the near future. Cassandra has said a lot about nothing, and appears to be confused. This however is not condemning evidence, but then, it could be that she was doing this to try and distract us from our investigations, in which case it could be used against her. Then we have John. I am undecided about John. On the one hand I cannot in truth see anything that points to him being a heretic, but yet... there is something there, in the way he has reacted to a few things. He is doing everything a normal citizen would do in the circumstance, which is surprisingly why I find him so suspicious; it appears to be the sort of thing a witch would do to try and fit in. But I am not certain, so until we have more on him, I am hesitant to push any further with this line of thought.

After these three, we have a couple more people. Miguel of course has been offered a chance to prove his loyalty tonight. Then we have Henry, who has as yet neither confirmed nor denied accusations against him to be the role blocker and a possible heretic. Also, there are suspicions rising against some others that I have see, but they are not so important at the moment.

Of these people, I think we are probably heading in the right direction in terms of voting for one of our top three suspects. I myself would like to hold my vote for the moment, as I would first like to see if Sabrina has anything to say in her defence. If she is not forthcoming with any sort of defence, then my vote will go to her. I think it is a bit risky, as we do not have any real evidence against her, however if she will not help us further our cause, then it is best to be rid of her. You never know, we might catch her out as another heretic.

That leaves the other two, John and Cassandra. What are your thoughts on how we should proceed after this, if I may ask you all?
