This is just a simple little vignette I whipped up as a birthday gift for my Apple-crazed dad. Yes, I don't have any Mutt hair.

I can't believe that Apple have the nerve to make fun of Microsoft for advertising for once... with yet another Apple ad.  Apple are one of the biggest advertisers around, especially with product placement. Besides, as usual it's wrong. Microsoft are the ones who write software; Apple are the ones that use open source software and sell it as their own. I've been using Vista for over a year with no issues at all....

I have to agree.

Macs aren't for me personally, seeing as they aren't gaming machines. Although I have to disagree with you on the Vista thing, my machine is having a lot of trouble getting Service Pack 1 installed...

Viruses? Use Linux then, there's only, like, seven viruses in total for that, compared to the thousands of ones for Windows. But lets not delve into Linux/Windows/Mac debates...

Alright, let's please not let this degrade into a PC/Mac debate! I don't dislike either one, and this MOC wasn't intended to express disdain for PCs, it's just a gift.

What I find so puzzling about Microsoft's current ad campaign (with all the random people saying "I'm a PC") is that the ad never once mentions any Microsoft products!! They never refer to"Windows" or "Vista." All they say is "PC." Well ... Microsoft doesn't manufacture or sell PCs. They sell the software that runs on the PCs! That's like a peanut butter company making a commercial that advertises bread. It makes no sense.

Regardless, I love the MOC. Any thoughts on doing any more of them? That could be a fun series!

You know, I agree! The new Microsoft ads are horrific, just like Vista. XP is much better.

Anyway, thanks for the comments guys! And yeah, I was thinking of doing more, it would be fun. In fact, I might even do one today!
