When I'm looking around on Bricklink, and I see odd, rare or unusual parts at good prices, I generally pick them up, because you never know what you can use them for. I found this creepy and scarce belville figure, so I picked it up, along with a fabuland pig. Since flesh coloured parts are limited, it seemed like a no-brainer to stick these two together. Yes, scary, perhaps scarier than fabuland by itself, but what the hell, right? Plus, I haven't seen a fabuland/belville integration, so trying new things is good too.

Also a good time to show my beach ball technique, using Sandy's helmet and elastics.

By the way, for those video-game fanatics out there, you may notice that this is inspired by Banjo-Tooie, in Jolly Roger's Lagoon (there are some mutant pigs roaming around, if ye recalls).

Yeah, certainly scarier than fabuland by itself. :skull:

I hope to make a few more of these, so if you haven't already, check my "wanted" thread in the BSTF forum: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=22682

Attractive. Nice parts usage, I think that's what makes you such a great builder. You think of things no one else does.

Thank you! Though I'm not sure what you mean by attractive!

I'm currently browsing BL for other possible combos, and I'll tell you, it's hard to find a good match (belville and fabuland!)

Looking at it from first glance, I thought it was a hybrid between Barbie Doll and Fabuland together. :hmpf:

It looks incredible but scary at the same time. You are very very creative in your thoughts, by pulling all unusual elements and form a very unique concept in your building techniques and presentation.

This is a fantastic custom minifig you made here, I love your animal minifigs (referring to the piraty ones you've made).

I can see what parts you used to create this Beach Pig and although simple, it is ingenious as well!

I eagerly await your next creation.

Thanks again!

A very interesting pig. Nice use of parts.

How did you do the beachball?

Thanks ~ though these Beville/Fabuland hybrids are supposed to be completely different and in a league of their own from the anthropomorphics. :classic:

Damn, I should read more than just the pictures. Interesting technique. I would do something similar, but alas I have no desire for the rocket set.

Yes, that usually helps.

That rocket set is pretty good though; very retro. (Though I'll admit; I bought it for the Sandy minifig/helmet!)

Can you can never get them off BL. Everyone snags them immediately after they're put up for sale! :sceptic:

lol how did I missed it, that's a very funny and nice creation Sirnadroj ^^ I always thought there were something good in Belville set ! Does this body come from these set ?

Brilliant! A very original creation, Sir Nadroj.

Honestly, I think that the actual head is far scarier than the pig head... :look::grin:

Thank you!

I totally agree. I've got that head sitting in a barrel looking at me... I don't know what to do with it!
