Zepher Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Now that you've said that, I'm having the same paranoia. What if Martinus and Fernando just tell us they are witches as they're burning them? How do they know? They're not offering any explanation. That is a bit paranoid, though... I think we've just been very smart.Who's joining us tonight, dear? More of your boyfriends? I can't control them, I sware! One peeking tom, and two men, one of which was the PRIEST in the room itself. But it is for my, or even our safty. Would you like me to stay outside your door this night, Lord Charles? Yes, please do dear.
Hinckley Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 I can't control them, I sware! One peeking tom, and two men, one of which was the PRIEST in the room itself. But it is for my, or even our safty. I believe you, dear...now, anyway. I hope our paranoia is unwarranted, but I'm glad I'm not alone in my fear. You're so tall and beautiful and tall...
ptdapen Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 So far it seems that either the shoppers or the people I investigate are heretics, but I find it unlikely that all of them will fill in those requirements. I've made my investigation on my best guess, and perhaps you will see who it is in the morning if my investigation is not stopped. But oh, I find that my guess was correct that someone, who happens to be Charles, would accuse John of being a heretic because he's the only person alive who shopped at the stall on Day 1. I must say though that his behavior doesn't really swing towards heresy from what I've seen. Anyways, although we are killing many witches and heretics and there hasn't been a single innocent slain, I believe that we're making only alright progress. Unless the dark forces cannot recruit every night, it seems that we'll just be killing one member while they gain another member. We need to move further and decide on the second person to kill. I'm also curious about the last note that the witches will get their revenge or something along those lines. Has the Devil boosted their powers because we have made this progress and have not lost a faithful servant of God? I suppose it is time to fear the night even more!
Scouty Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Yes, please do dear. Then I shall do it! Oh! What extra time it will give me to knit warm clothes for the coming winter!

I would ask you to investigate my husband, just so I feel safe, and myself. I believe that Cassandra was married to someone, and she turned out traitorous, and I'd feel safer knowing he's good, as I'm sure he'd feel better knowing I'm a citizen as well. I ask you, however, to not do it tonight, as Charles and I have NOT HAD AFRICK"IN NIGHT ALONE SINCE THIS WHOLE THING STARTED! Then I shall do it! Oh! What extra time it will give me to knit warm clothes for the coming winter! You are so much more to me than a Maid to this family. You will be heavily rewarded when we can get to our funds after this whole crisis is over. While you're on the look-out, however, look out for a killer as well!
WhiteFang Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 I have been suspecting of this for a long time.... Charles and Joan, both are not being paranoid. In fact, I have been thinking awhile and it brought me to one of the books, called the Baritones. The ones, we may have killed may be witches which act like a pawn in this game of life. I can't be certain. It seemed there is a leader controlling these little pawns. However, I will leave this discussion to the next of dawn. It's getting late.

You will be heavily rewarded when we can get to our funds after this whole crisis is over. While you're on the look-out, however, look out for a killer as well! Private Detective Eye Elisa ! Not a soul shall pass. Less it be a witch and enchantment, you will at least have a warning! Good thing the window is nearby too!

I'm looking to see if I am a paranoid lunatic, so I can see if my investigation on Mustafa is legit. So I will not investigate your husband until I find out. And by the way, good citizens, even if it appears that I am paranoid, I will keep investigating until every person comes up as a heretic, just to make sure.
Hinckley Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 I must say though that his behavior doesn't really swing towards heresy from what I've seen. Outside of the vote-switching with the same frequency as the confusing Hernan and the fact that he bought rugs even though he is a weaver. He hasn't sufficiently explained these things or the other items he purchased in the days since, but besides that I guess you're right-there's no evidence pointing towards him.
Darth_Legois Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Oh hi John. Odd that the other two people you went shopping with on day 1 both turned out to be witches... Umm Hi?... Yes it is a shame, To bad I didnt listen in on their conversations otherwise I mightve found out some more information... I was thinking he was a witch. I think I've got someone that I'll vote for. I'll see how things turn out and the nights events. Any defending words, John? ~Martinus Oh this is great...Just great! So I happen to go shopping with some people they turn out to be witches now everyone thinks im a witch too! Damnit I didnt know they where witches!! So far it seems that either the shoppers or the people I investigate are heretics, but I find it unlikely that all of them will fill in those requirements. I've made my investigation on my best guess, and perhaps you will see who it is in the morning if my investigation is not stopped. Has the Devil boosted their powers because we have made this progress and have not lost a faithful servant of God? I suppose it is time to fear the night even more! Maybe my behavior doesn't swing towards heresy because im not a heretic? Ever thought of that one guys? , I swear at this present moment Iam innocent, I'd rather die then become a heretic! I'd never do anything to hurt my precious town which I have lived in all my life! Perhaps the devil underestimated our abilities to defeat the evil in this town and boosted their powers? Would kinda make sense I guess... I agree we have been fortunate by the Grace Of God to have no innocents killed so far. Outside of the vote-switching with the same frequency as the confusing Hernan and the fact that he bought rugs even though he is a weaver. He hasn't sufficiently explained these things or the other items he purchased in the days since, but besides that I guess you're right-there's no evidence pointing towards him. Most of my vote switching has been in the defence of people I deem "innocent" and are being picked on for really no reason... Pfftt Let me guess Im still #1 on your list? I didnt know a weaver buying rugs is a crime?, Ive also explained that about 100 times, And EVERYTHING ELSE I KNOW! But hey it never seems to be enough for you, does it?
Hinckley Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 But hey it never seems to be enough for you, does it? Um...sorry It doesn't mean I don't like you. I certainly think you're a good weaver. Does that make you feel any better? Come on, give us a smile. It's OK...
Darth_Legois Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Um...sorry It doesn't mean I don't like you. I certainly think you're a good weaver. Does that make you feel any better? Come on, give us a smile. It's OK... Fine. But I guess I understand, Your just looking at all the posibilities... Keep me alive and I might smile more... [ooc:^ I dont know if those are the right smilies in the line above, since my internet is stuffing up and wont load them so im guessing where those smilies are ment to be...]
MagPiesRUs Posted November 11, 2008 Author Posted November 11, 2008 Satisfied with how the day of witch-burning turned out, Hernan (stash2sixx) returned to the farm. An eager worker, he began to tend to his crops... He hadn't noticed a musket-wielding silhoutte behind him... "Oh, no, no, no. I will not be killed on Day 4... Not this time!" *Whoosh!* Hernan's dagger found it's mark in his attacker's body. Then man fled, but Hernan gave chase... But the attacker managed to escape...
Shadows Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Satisfied with how the day of witch-burning turned out, Hernan (stash2sixx) returned to the farm. Geez. He has a sword, a dagger, one huge carrot (witchcraft!) and a scarecrow with ... a witches hat on it. I'm not even sure what to say here, I just wanted to mention all that.
Pickerel Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Is that sword he's holding a scimitar?? I thought scimitars were fatter... I think that's a cutlass, although the only knives I have are for bread and butter, so I could be wrong. I've noticed a sudden decrease in customers lately. I don't bite! Hernan all I can say is... you're well prepared. But for what? Did you expect to be attacked? I mean, that carrot was huge! ~Martinus
Lego12 Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Hmmm, Hernan, you seemed very prepared and where did you get all those weapons from? I wonder who the attacker was.....it could have been Miguel, but you never know.....
Hinckley Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Hmmm, Hernan, you seemed very prepared and where did you get all those weapons from? I wonder who the attacker was.....it could have been Miguel, but you never know..... Well, whoever's been stabbed when we all wake up will hardly be able to hide it...
Pickerel Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Well, whoever's been stabbed when we all wake up will hardly be able to hide it... You never know... Personally I think it was Miguel or a soldier who attacked him and that I may have done the same in their position. I don't think Hernan's up to any good.
Hinckley Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 You never know... Personally I think it was Miguel or a soldier who attacked him and that I may have done the same in their position. I don't think Hernan's up to any good. I'm sure it was Miguel. We know he has the power to and he bought gun powder. Are you in my bedroom or am I in yours? When will the sun be up?
Pickerel Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Are you in my bedroom or am I in yours? Unless someone's stalking your wife, then it seems tomorrow's title will be "three in a bed"... Don't worry, I'm in love with a frog right now so I'll keep my eyes off your wife!
Darth_Legois Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Well, whoever's been stabbed when we all wake up will hardly be able to hide it... We could follow the trail of blood from his farm and it would probable lead us to the suspect! If there is blood that is... Whoever did it mustve been in pretty good shape to run off like that with a dagger in them.... [OOC: Gahhh the attack of the pirate smilies!!!! ]
Norrington Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 'Tis good we've burned another witch, but it seems to me that the paranoid inquistor theory might have it's merits. 3 in a row? That's a bit suspicious to me. Good that Hernan shived shanked stabbed the attacker. Now we'll know for sure if this assailant is one of our own! Don't worry, I'm in love with a frog right now so I'll keep my eyes off your wife! That's not what many of us would find to be natural love. Even if you mean a Frenchie.
ptdapen Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 Oh but Gustavus, you are ever so wrong! We know who the assailant is, and the priest told him to do the action! But it is without good cause, since your son has been very suspicious in his actions. Potato messaging a lot of people, all mentioning different people as untrustworthy. But ah well, I suppose his alignment cannot be revealed by death. He's a paranoid knife owner.. quite sure. Well then, time to stay up all night until God makes the sun rise. Hopefully my torturer will find useful information...
