Thanks for thet picture, i think we haven't seen a picture of this set from the stock so far. There is a small picture from an online store available since a few weeks, though. I think this will be a limited exclusive set.

That's a set I've been most intrigued by. Going by Brickset.com it's 6253, Shipwreck Hideout. Looks cool, love the idea of the ship rebuilt on an island. So anyone know where the pic was taken? It looks like it's in-store, but Im surprised that no other info is available.

We have indeed seen pictures of 6253 Shipwreck Hideout. It's hardly anything new now. Well it is new, but we've already discussed it in this forum.

The strange thing about it is, though, that even though we have picutres of it in the store, no one seems to have bought it.

I wouldn't say that. I guess there are many many AFOL's that aren't registered here, or have flickr or brickshelf folders. All we know is, that there are now pictures of the built set, but that doesn't mean nobody has it.

I think the red and yellow sticker to the left of the box said "limited edition" ... maybe a limited edition for celebrating the new pirates theme ? if that's it ... I WANT ONE!

I believe they are from the LEGO cache.

Unfortunately they aren't on S@H yet.

Thanks again for those. I wish there would be bigger versions also, though. Or that the instructions would be up already. Wait..maybe they ARE, somebody here that knows how to find them? :pir-tongue:

Now, can anyone advice me when the Pirate sets will be reaching to Asia? :pir-classic:

From my knowledge there is a LEGO production facility in China, so you should get the sets before I do in Australia. :pir-angry:

crap nuggets... really? release them specially at Orlando? two months after I moved to Texas... Two months after I had a discount at that store? Should have never got a PhD, should have worked at Disney forever! ha! I am drooling, and very jealous.

Thanks for these pictures, especially of the governor fig! Has he got a two-sided head?

Edit: Here's a better picture of the shipwreck hideout:

New member, long time lurker. Just thought I would log in and mention that I found the new sets at Toys"r"us today, didnt see a post for this yet. I figured that since this site has helped me out in finding items(Castle advent, collector book, etc etc) I would share the love. I live in Denver CO, USA so im not sure about other areas.

They had the:

Cannon Battle for US$5.99

Kraken Attackin for US$9.99

Loot Island for US$19.99

Shipwreck Hideout US$39.99.

I have to say I was suprised they came out so soon, I thought these were scheduled for next year.

Oh the item number for each (in case you would rather call your TRU and ask if they have them) are:

Cannon Battle 673419111430

Loot Island 673419111454

Kraken Attackin 673419111447

Shipwreck Hideout 673419111485
