Duck Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 (edited) When looking at the adverts down at the bottom, i spotted this on ebay. Which ship is it from? Never seen it before. Purely out of curiosity. Edit: Never mind, realised its cross-bone clipper. Had just never seen the base up for sale on ebay on its own! Minifig Lecturer Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 Well didn't recognise it myself either. Looks weird, very basic.. Quote
Captain Green Hair Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 It's from the crossbone clipper Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted November 6, 2008 Governor Posted November 6, 2008 And thar she blows! Quote
frogstudio Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 It's the hull of the Cross Bone Clipper, set 6250. :) Quote
Captain Zuloo Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 You know, people knock this set so much, but i really like it. After all, she was my first LEGO set. So maybe it's just sentimental value to me, but I find her quite an atractive ship. Quote
Captain Green Hair Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 And you can change the green top parts for black ones, don't know if there's any mids available but i'd say it can make a dang good black pearl. Quote
Siegfried Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 I think it's from 6250 Cross Bone Clipper. I'd buy it if I saw one for a good price. Quote

So maybe it's just sentimental value to me, but I find her quite an atractive ship. Agreed. it's unrealistic, but that doesn't matter when people have no noses (very important for smelling stuff with) or toeses (very important for stubbing stuff with) or poses (elbows and knees are very important for stuff)... I like it; personally, green is a nice trim for a ship - when I get around to building a ship, it'll have lots of green on it! Captain Zuloo Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 Hehehehehe. That's just what I was thinking. Now SlyOwl, what is this ship you speak of? Quote

Capt. Kirk Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 (edited) Somebody know the names/codes of the parts the used for the head ??? Thx in advance for a link to Bricklink !!! By the way, don't ask me who created it... sorry. I hope it's public... Edited November 12, 2008 by Capt. Kirk Quote
Trexxen Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 (edited) Is this the item that you seek? If not, I'm mistaken and disregard this, but it's a bionicle mask from the very first wave, a Great Miru. It's not that hard to find, since it came in sets and box packages - I'm sure you can pick some up on the cheap! ~Trexxen [Edit: Sorry, didn't notice the other mask; a green Great Pakari - this.] Edited November 12, 2008 by Trexxen Quote
Adam Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 Yes, what Trek said is true- those pieces are from the first Bionicle line, which though somewhat rare, can be picked up from Bricklink and Ebay at low prices. Quote
Guss Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 so that's bionicle ? that's a smart use of such parts, this is a nice little.... vehicle ? ^^ Quote
