December 3, 200816 yr Wherever has the biggest sale. Agreed! Although discount LEGO is hard to find here in Switzerland, so mostly I buy from S@H or occasionally Amazon depending on the exchange rates into EUR. In fact the only set I bought from a store here was a large batmobile that had a huge markdown due to a damaged box. Oh and the madatory advent calandar, Castle of course... any poll for that? :)
December 3, 200816 yr I purchase current and new sets from local stores or S@H and sometimes ebay I purchase discountinued set from Ebay or Bricklink, depending on price... just got the city Harbour for $60.00 on ebay I purchase pieces for MOC's or for replacement off Bricklink, just bought 40 pieces of 9v straight track @ $2.29 a piece. I sometimes purchase parts from Ebay (rarely) just got 70 pieces for monorail for $120.00 was cheaper the Bricklink
December 5, 200816 yr I buy a lot of old school Lego on eBay, and find great deals, like a Hot Rod Garage for 14 bucks. Nowadays, I but from good ol' TRU.
December 6, 200816 yr Was Woolworths, TRU and S@H, but now woolies has gone into administration its now mainly S@H.
December 9, 200816 yr about 50/50 s@h and official shop. woolworths was good for indy but they will be closed down soon. i like shop at home but postage seems very dear, most online stores give free postage and US gets free for over 99$ so would be good to have UK free postage over £75 or less. plus the shop gives the stamps... im sure it costs loads more to drive (about hour and 15, but i get 61mpg apparenty) but you get the stamps so it seems better value LOL.
