Ooooo! I remember seeing those decals in the Minifig customization thread a few months ago. Congratulations LegoFranks!

Isn't it lovely? This torso makes good use for an Elvish Princess. LegoFranks, you are one lucky guy. Oh, I hope you know whom is the creator for this.

Update time!

  • If you sent me your name and address prior to the 15th and your prize is not a Jedi fighter then your prize should have been sent. (The Jedi fighters will be sent in one batch next year.)
  • I'm still missing 13 addresses, and 4 names.
  • For people from that land known as the USA; be proud of your country and mention it as well, not just your state. There is afterall, for example, more than one New York...

Indeed it is.

I can't believe I won! :sweet:

Thanks to everyone made this event possible :classic:

I already have Ahsoka, so if there's anyone willing to trade just send me a PM.

Just out of curiosity: how exactly do you select the winners? I know its random, but I just was wondering how exactly you go about doing it.

I used a modified version of a program called Versus. However, in the interest of having a calendar with pictures, I have excluded members without an avatar as a main winner... and banned members and new joiners were excluded from any prize. Main winners are picked first, and avatar-less members win a lesser prize. Aside from that, the selection was 100% random. No advantage was given to, for example, long term members.

Anyone know the odds of winning? I want to see how unlucky I am...

365 names, 72 prizes, so around 20%. Pretty darn good odds for a freebie IMHO. If we run this next year I bet we'd have more entries; for that reason I'd probably automate it with php rather than do it based on posts. (I can't see this being done next year. )

To answer a question, yes it's OK to give the address of someone else. What could be more in the spirit of the season?!

I'm still missing some addresses...

Last few days! I sent out nag PMs to winners from days 1-12 who haven't sent me their names and addresses. (I've had a few packages come to me with mis-labled addresses but correct name... )

Do you already know who all the winners are? Or are you drawing them each day?

What!?!! You guys want all of my secrets!!

 Only joking. I was deliberatly being evasive over this point as I didn't want everyone asking for the answers! Yes, barring changes, I know all the winners. I picked them all prior to posting the calendar. The Calendar is witten in PHP (like this board is) and based on the website time reveals each days winners. (Changing your computer clock won't help you! ) I designed it that way as some days I don't have time to get on Eurobricks so it needed to be automatic. I did consider making the calendar itself pick the winners, but I decided it was more trouble than it was worth.

My price came in today. Thank you all very much!

Thanks for the update!
