No missing pieces yet for me, but it could definitely still happen.

I'm loving the calendar already and we haven't even gotten to the good stuff yet!

Wasn't that big a deal for me, i got bows-a-plenty, but i can just imagine how some poor kid would react... The effect of a missing pice is somewhat more of a big deal when each "set" only contains a few pices to begin with.

However I ordered the part from Legos customer service, just because i have the right to do so.

I've heard a lot of stories of missing parts from this particular set. You think they'd be more careful on set like this, since the disappointment factor is so high... Imagine a child waiting a whole long day to open a new door and when does, the little surprise is missing parts. So far mine has been complete and its been quite fun to have a little Lego set to play with, before heading out the door to work. My wife even comes to watch me open it to see what the surprise is.

I hope they continue with Castle (or maybe Pirate) calendars in the future. They're quite fun.

Well, I had no missing parts, and only one extra sword. I don't know what'll be in tomorrow.

It might be the witch or troll, but I'm not going to search for myself.

So far, I find the contents of the calendar very useful, especially the amount of weapons which I can use with my other castle sets.

I really like the tiny sets each morning. It's the first thing I do when I get up!

Today, day 12, instead of a nice little mining cart, I received a second set of armor with stand and sword. Ooops!

The little Mine Kart is fantastic.

Unfortunately the mine-kart is too big for the Dwaren Mine´s railway, but it´s nice though.

Another thing to love about Lego (the company this time). I sent for a replacement bow for little over a week ago, and got it today, free of charge. That's service.

No missing parts for me yet. I did get 1 extra white arm and 1 black arm of the skellies.

The witch is absolutely brilliant.

So much detail on the torso and the head is very useful. I can't wait for the maiden and jester.

totally agree about the witch, I love her face! looks so sadistic ^^ and the cauldron we got today was very very cool too!
