Hello,

After having made my first posts here, I think it´s time to say hello.

As you may have noticed because of the topic title, I am from Germany.

I´m 23 years old and I have been a fan of Lego (especially Lego Castle) for a long time.

My dark ages started in 1998 when TLC released "knights kingdom". As the sets went even more worse,

I totally forgot about Lego.

At the end of 2007 I walked through a supermarket and saw a Lego-Set with evil-looking Skeletons in it. Bringing back my memories of the good old times, I finally bougth a set (The Final Joust) because I thought it would fit well as decoration in my apartement (I prefer a darker style of life, whatever that shall mean :pir-skull: ). Just a few days later I found myself in the store again with two other sets in my hands and since then, I´m back again, mainly focussing on Castle, but also looking for smaller Star Wars-Sets (I just own a few SW-Sets from 1998), I also like Pirates very much.

But my new interest in Lego has brought two big problems:

1) My wallet has become very empty

2) My rooms have become overfilled (where do you guys put all your lego in?)

Aloha :pir-skull:

Hi and welcome! Where we guys put our stuff? Actually everywhere, but if you want storage and space tips, you're definitely right here. There have been some threads about storage and so on.

Welcome to Eurobricks! Nice to see another Castle fan joining our realms. There are many interesting ongoing discussions where you can interact with the rest. I do have some of your similar problems especially storage problem. I do stack my LEGO sets to the ream of my rooftop. Everything have to be in MISB, to keep space. Sigh, I do open a few to play with and need to find a bigger storage box to store for future purposes and dust problems. Anyway, have fun in here. :pir_laugh2:

Welcome to Eurobricks! We all have great forums for Castle, Pirates, and of course, Star Wars here, so enjoy!

Welcome to Eurobricks.

*huh* Star Wars sets from 1998?!

Which are those, or did you mean 1999?

(Yes this is a trick question)

:pir_laugh2:

I think there were a few early releases of '99 in '98... maybe. :pir_laugh2:
